Historic hotel in a prime location for access to the harbor!
Pros:

The views and proximity to the harbor were amazing. They upgraded our room at no charge to the master suite, which was incredible!

Cons:

The property does not have any parking available. The directions to parking areas off-site that are on the hotel’s website are confusing and/or inaccurate. We ended up parking in a municipal lot about a 10 minute walk away.

Un véritable écrin historique magnifiquement rénové et entretenu !
Pros:

Véritable Hotel-Boutique, cinq étoiles sans aucun doute. Vue superbe, petit-déjeuners originaux, délicieux et magnifiquement servis. Suite spacieuse, murs de pierre, salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, le tout situé au bout de la Vieille ville de Chania.

Cons:

Par manque de chance notre arrivée coïncidait avec la fête nationale grecque : le 15 août – la Dormition de la Vierge Marie (Koimisis tis Theotokou), célébrée dans tout le pays. Il était impossible de circuler dans toute la ville et nous avons du rechercher un stationnement privé à plus de 3 km de l'hotel pour effectuer ensuite tout le trajet, à pieds, avec nos valises ... le personnel de l'hotel était incapable de nous aider, absolument débordés par la situation de la vieille ville. Sinon tout le reste était parfait.

Gorgeous property in the perfect location to enjoy views of the water, amazing restaurants (including the fantastic restaurant below with the friendliest staff). We stayed in the Fabric room facing the harbour and it was gorgeous! The staff at the front desk were so helpful in their recommendations for parking and activities in the area.

Pros:

Beautiful property with fantastic views. Wonderful staff with special thanks to Theodora who made our trip very special. Theodora is a credit to the hotel. Can’t wait to return.
