Muy buen servicio. Personal muy amable y dispuesto. La ubicación también buena, con parking cercano, supermercado, mercado y zona comercial a escasas cuadras. Una de las habitaciones con hermosa vista, la otra no. Pero contaban con aire acondicionado. Desayuno suficiente y adecuado.

Todo perfecto, acorde a lo esperado.

hotel barato para pessoa solteira que não vai ficar mais que duas noites hospedada.
Pros:

Gostei do valor da diária ser barato, gostei que tem café da manhã incluído e a localização. Chuveiro a gás também é um ponto positivo.

Cons:

Há muito barulho no interior do hotel, os quartos precisam de uma repaginada, o café da manhã bem simplório e não muito convidativo. Achei o estabelecimento meio escuro.

Foi desesperador em determinado momento pela situação
Pros:

Vi pessoas falando bem do café da manhã e fui esperando algo que não atendeu minhas expectativas, talvez esse tenha sido o erro! Não havia nem requeijão para passar no pão. Os atendentes eram queridos em sua maioria.

Cons:

Aconteceu uma situação comigo muito chata lá que acho melhor não falar aqui, haver com barulhos de outras pessoas… eu também esqueci o meu anel lá e não consigo entrar em contato com eles isso não influenciou minha nota mas fiquei mt mal

Tudo de bom, o atendimento dos recepcionistas e quero agradecer muito ao recepcionista Edson que reservou o apartamento com a vista mais linda! E ao recepcionista Ângelo! Amei a estadia no Letto hotel!

Cons:

Não que não gostei, mas uma sugestão para colocar mais alimentos no café da manhã. E a Internet oscila muito, mas isso não tira em nada a minha satisfação!
