Pros:

Equipe muito prestativa e gentil, café da manhã excelente. Os quartos são grandes e bem limpos. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Letto e se tornou um ponto de referência para estadia em POA para mim.

Fiz o check-in as 2 da madrugada e me atenderam muito bem apesar do horário sóque com sorriso no rosto...também responderam minhas perguntas pelo app assim que eu submeti.

Cons:

As portas nao fecharam muito bem. Tinha que trancar a porta do banheiro para ela poder fechar. Tirando isso, tudo certo
