Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, amplo, com ar-condicionado, frigobar, micro-ondas, pia. A localização é ótima para quem quer explorar o centro histórico. A recepção funciona 24h.

Cons:

A quantidade de água que caía do chuveiro não era tão potente.

Frio o ar não deu conta do tamanha do quarto

Pros:

A equipe foi extremamente solícita e educada durante toda a minha estadia. O quarto é aconchegante, chuveiro maravilhoso e limpeza impecável. Excelente custo-benefício, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, bons restaurantes. E o café da manhã com ótimas opções no cardápio.

A pleasant stay near downtown Porto Alegre
Pros:

One of the things I liked most was how friendly the hotel staff was. Breakfast, in my opinion, is the hotel’s strong point; it’s a buffet-style breakfast that’s varied, plentiful, and delicious. The location is strategic—close to the historic center of Porto Alegre, near a supermarket, and close to various transportation options. The bathroom was quite clean and spacious, and the staff changed the towels frequently.

Cons:

Although I didn't mention it to the staff, one of the springs in the mattress in Room 1004, where I was staying, was sticking out near the edge of the bed, in a spot where it didn't get in the way. I suppose not everyone would overlook this. Even though there were two beds available and I was traveling alone.
