Pros:

O quarto é bom, porém tinha um cheiro de comida o tempo todo.

Cons:

Da portaria, como cheguei com chuva fiquei esperando pra abrir o portão que é eletronico, fiz a biometria mas não funcionou nenhuma vez, então iso pra mim não foi legal, e o café da manhã é cobrado a parte, lugar pequeno para o café, e sem varidade de bolos e tortas.

Estadia boa em Porto Alegre!
Pros:

A localização é excelente para quem busca paz e segurança. Bairro arborizado, com mercado próximo. Gostei.

Cons:

A divisória do quarto para a saleta é uma guarda-roupas. Poderia ser de alvenaria e gesso, tornando o ambiental mais confortável.
