As instalações são muito boas e o hotel está nas melhores localizações de Porto Alegre.

Cons:

Dificuldade para adentrar no Hotel, porque há apenas uma portaria eletrônica que não deixa clara a necessidade de se iniciar uma interação com ela, mesmo após se tentar a identificação facial.

Prático, discreto, cuidadoso e simples. Ainda respondem telefone ou whatsapp, o que facilita mauito.
Pros:

Um lugar tranquilo, orientado para quem trabalha, está em trânsito com a família. Pode ter + espaços para trabalho, mas a internet é ótima.

Cons:

Falta de manutenção no quarto, com tomadas quebradas, televisão a cabo funcionando precariamente, louça suja, frigobar precário e faltando a tampa do congelador, falta utensílios como taça de vinho, cafeteira, chaleira, panelas.
Ao pedir tele-entrega o funcionário não recebia na recepção.
