Pros:

Café da manhã estilo buffet compacto mas com tudo que é necessário, podendo ser solicitada tapioca ou omelete, feito na hora. O estacionamento tem vagas confortáveis para veículos maiores. A gentileza dos funcionários e a limpeza do quarto são excepcionais. Há uma pequena cozinha com frigobar, microondas e utensílios básicos. Apesar de estar em uma área residencial, descendo a rua, há um supermercado zaffari e, na rua Casemiro de Abreu, um posto de gasolina com conveniência e restaurante.
