Absolutely the coolest place I have place I have ever stayed in! Great staff, modern rooms and reception and outside area. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Room was quiet. Great aircon, cool bathroom. We even had an issue with the toilet so they immediately moved our room.
The bugs were a little much, but that's Thailand
We extended our stay 2 more nights, just amazing!!!

Probably the main issue with this place is the location. Finding a cab or tuk tuk out to it was difficult. Having said that it wasn't that far away from the action that you couldn't walk in. Staff were non existent. If you were lucky enough to catch one at the desk they were as helpful as a poke in the eye. The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable.

Bastante bien en general. lo mejor el precio y el concepto del hotel. lo peor: que los recepcionistas hablan poquísimo inglés y la limpieza de la habitación es muy superficial. La ducha tenía moho y la estantería estaba llena de polvo...

Bed clean and comfortable, shower and toilet separated by curtain. Smelt a little.

Seen a cockroach in room, Also seen rats outside but think that is chaing mai in generals problem

ก็อกน้ำ ในห้องน้ำก็จะหลุดหลายจุด //ตอนกลางคืนเสียงดังมากๆ ทั้งด้านข้างเป็นสนามบอล กับฝั่งตรงข้ามเป็นร้านเหล้า เสียงรับรบกวนเข้ามาถึงในห้องพัก
แต่โดยรวมถือว่าพอใช้ได้

- little bit far from old city
- very noisy every night beacuse of night bar opposite the hotel
- very noisy Sat & Sun morning because of a football field right next to the hotel
- the towels are too well-worn
- not enough toiletries

服務人員友善，房間乾淨，空間比想像中寬敞，床鋪也很舒服。對街酒吧晚上會有駐唱表演，所以沒辦法太早睡，隔音稍差，入夜腳步必須放輕，不然很容易產生噪音。除此之外，一切都很滿意。

Is a good experience in unique rooms..
Design is young and nice
Location is not the best but still very convenient but easy to take a taxi or tuk tuk car for sightseeing
Price is worth for the money

We booked this hotel based on the tripadvisor review and we are very happy with our choice! The bedroom size is bigger than the picture which is a bonus. The hotel location is great with walkable distance to the market, and it seems many taxi drivers knew about this hotel so it saved our time referring to the map. The only downside is the receptionist speak limited English, she is friendly but because of her limited English so she has limited interactions with the guests. One thing to bear that in mind that the bathroom in the room is half transparent, it shouldn't be any problems if you are husband and wife, however it is a bit embarrassing if you're new couple or travelling with friends. It is a bit noisy at night, because a local pub just opposite the hotel but the pub music normally finished at 1am. If you are light sleeper, you can hear the transport noise in the morning because the hotel is facing the main road.

the receptionist is not good in service mind but the overall things are okay like the environment around the place, the cleanness of room and it's not far from the Nimmand road.

飯店旁邊有個室內足球練習場，晚上容易有人潮聚集有些吵鬧。整體環境還可以，一樓的房間隔音差，上下樓梯的聲音及樓上住戶如果在房間跑跳都聽的很清楚。入住期間是2月份，夜晚有些寒意，房間內沒有熱水瓶及吹風機，有些不方便，吹風機跟櫃檯借要支付押金。距離最近7-11走路約5分鐘可以到達，附近吃的東西不多。

飯店旁邊有個室內足球練習場，晚上容易有人潮聚集有些吵鬧。整體環境還可以，一樓的房間隔音差，上下樓梯的聲音及樓上住戶如果在房間跑跳都聽的很清楚。入住期間是2月份，夜晚有些寒意，房間內沒有熱水瓶及吹風機，有些不方便，吹風機跟櫃檯借要支付押金。距離最近7-11走路約5分鐘可以到達，附近吃的東西不多。

Cool decoration and good atmosphere. But still need to improve for hotel facilities, doesn't have hair dryer in the room, doesn't have a small towel for face and hair.

It was a good experience. I enjoyed my time.

good experience! Hotel's style is good and it's cleaning. Worth choice. But just a little far from the old city.
