Fantastický přístup personálu, u jedné ze dvou TV nefungoval dálkový ovladač, kompenzace byla nabídka prostorného apartmá za stejnou cenu. Velmi proaktivní přístup, milé vystupování.

Maravilloso hotel con enorme habitación, 2 TV aunque sólo funcionaba una. Persianas eléctricas, cama muy comoda. Muchos enchufes. Baño muy grande con espejo de aumento y amenities. Caja fuerte. Agua de cortesía. Ascensor amplio. Parking a la puerta. A 10 minutos en coche de Karlovy Vary. Desayuno correcto en sala muy bonita. De las 2 habitaciones que reservamos, una con una ducha grande y alcachofa de techo increible. Sofá en la habitación. Canales internacionales.

Cons:

Rn una habitación bañera "enterrada" muy profunda y peligrosa. Muy pocas opciones dulces en el.desayuno. De las 2 TV sólo funcionaba una.

Nice quiet and cosy hotel not far from the city centre of Karlovy Vary, good for a business trip or even a wellness stay outside the city centre. Parking, restaurant in house, wellness, small library and even a game room with billiard and a bar. Very friendly personnel, nice big room with modern bathrooms.
