assolutamente dignitoso, pulizia della camera e del bagno, rapporto qualità prezzo perfetti

Great value, great location
Pros:

Great location, big room with nice view of city; big pool and attached café; very polite staff (Wahid)

Cons:

The hallways are dark and dirty, though this was not the case with the bedrooms; Wi-Fi connectivity was confusing at first but worked well once resolved

Først måtte jeg betale inn et depositum for å kunne beholde rommene. Det skulle trekkes fra når vi betalte resterende på hotellet. Det ble ikke trekt fra og de ansatte i skranken påstod at booking.com hadde tatt pengene og at jeg ikke forstod. Jeg tok det med booking når jeg kom hjem og etter mye trøbbel med både booking og hotellet, så fikk jeg tilslutt igjen pengene. Det tok lang tid og de prøvde å være nedverdigende mot meg og sendte regnestykker som ikke stemte. De ga seg til slutt når jeg IGJEN viste til kvitteringer ol. noe jeg også gjorde til personellet i skranken.

Når vi kom på hotellet første kvelden hadde vi booket to rom. De hadde bare et rom ledig og så vi kunne låne et større rom de to første nettene. Vi var slitne etter en lang reise og hadde ikke noe valg. Hotellet omtaler dette i ettertid som en «oppgradering». Bare tull.

Vi fikk hotellrommene vi skulle ha etter to dager og reiste på en guidet tur. Når vi kom tilbake våknet vi med masse maur inne på badet til det ene rommet. Hotellet påstod det var pga. mat, men ingen av oss spiser på badet. Vi skulle få et bedre rom etter å ha klaget på maurene. Rommet vi fikk hadde et kjøleskap som ikke fungerte, AV som knapt fungerte, sengetøy fylt med brune flekker og et baderom som bestod av glassvegger (vi har bilder av alt). Vi spurte om vi kunne komme tilbake til rommet med maur når de hadde vasket over, men det var ikke mulig. Igjen endte vi opp med å dele et felles hotellrom for det var eneste mulighet.

I restauranten tok den ene servitøren penger enn han skulle fra en av oss når det ble bestilt mat, og forsvant når han ble konfrontert. Badevaktene ved bassenget var derimot veldig hyggelige.

De påstår at vi ytret hvor fornøyde vi var ved utsjekk. Dette stemmer ikke. Det eneste vi gjorde var å gi fra oss nøkkelen og svarte at vi hadde ordnet oss egen transport når mannen i skranken spurte om vi trengte taxi.

Konklusjon. Velg et annet alternativ om du kan.

The hotel has been recently renovated. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely nice, clean and pleasant. Our room was brand new. The facilities are fine. A few flaws (like breakfast with not much choice) but the overall feeling is positive and I would definitely recommend it. Staff has been super super friendly. The location is unbeatable, right in the hearth of Monastir, you can walk to monuments, the Medina. Restaurants are all over (also inside the hotel). The beach is really close. The swimming pool is nice. I will definitely come back.
