Pros:

Love everything about the 3rd floor area starting with our beautiful suite, outdoor lounging areas, and infinity pool.

Descansé, pero no me gustó el trato del personal.
Pros:

El dormitorio es muy bueno y acorde a lo que buscaba y que pagué. El baño bueno y la cantidad y calidad del agua era buena. Nunca faltó ni shampoo, ni jabón ni acondicionador, todo en orden.

Cons:

La atención del personal a mi Chechk in, el hombre no fue muy atento. Al final de mi check out había solicitado una extensión de salida tardía y la cual no fue aprobada, por lo que me preparé para salir a las 11:00 AM como está estipulado, y una mujer tocó a mi puerta y me dijo en no muy amable vocabulario y manera que la el Check Out tardío no había sido aprobado y que debía retirarme, solo alcancé a decirle que sabía eso y me estaba preparando para retirarme. No me gustó el trato de ingreso, y menos el de salida del hotel.

Pros:

They were responding to messages on time

Cons:

They didn't tell us that the restaurant were closed for some weeks until we got there. We chose that particular hotel because of the restaurant.. insects ( ant) were all over in the first room they gave us but we switched to another room the next day.. the pool was a little bit dirty (leaf) but I guess it was it was from the trees next to the pool.. room was a little bit dusty

My first trip to Miami.
Pros:

The location was great could not get exactly where I wanted to as in with the rooms but I got there on foot and it did not take long. Pretty good exercise you asked me.

Cons:

That they did not sell Newport smooth 100s no way in Miami.

Great for a weekend get away!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! We loved the location and the beds were so comfy!! If you need recommendations they’re there to help and definitely utilize the beach partnership they have set up. Great spot for a weekend get away.

Cons:

When asking for early check in / late check out, speak with someone on property. We texted and messaged whoever we send the texts to and they told us no. When we were at the hotel they checked us in early and checking out was a breeze.

Pleasing to the eye but definitely flaws for a suite.
Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

Dishes were not clean, lights flickered and when the lights were out, the outlets did not work meaning our phones didn’t charge overnight.

The room was nice. Clean. Quiet. Good price.

Cons:

We arrived at night, hungry and hoping to get a snack after a long day of travel. But the mean girls at Las’ Lap made it clear how ridiculous that request was and sent us away.

We resigned ourselves to waiting for breakfast, because the website says the “Lap Cafe” is open Wednesday through Monday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Spoiler: it is not. There was no cafe and no breakfast. When I asked where I could get coffee, I was directed to the gas station across the street. Gross.

There is a coffee machine in the room, but powdered creamer? Please. I’m not an animal. If you don't drink coffee or need food, this hotel would be a fine choice.
