Not much

Cons:

We couldn't check in until an hour after check in time because the room wasn't clean. After waiting an hour there were 2 dirty towels still in the bathroom. The TV and fridge were ridiculously small. The pillows were terrible and the beds were rock hard. For over $200 a night these were things were unacceptable. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Pros:

Close to downtown and had great walks and meals downtown. Clean and nice rooms.

No place for dog to do her business.

Will not be staying here again.
Pros:

Overall the location was good. The property was decent for Comfort Suites but a bit pricey.

Cons:

The front desk staff that checked us in was not very pleasant to deal with regarding our prior arrangements and were not going to honor those commitments but did eventually. They also wanted to charge $150 per pet unless they were service animals but we had already agreed before we made reservations that we had pets and were not told there was a fee and we had the email chain to prove the conversation with the staff at the property before confirming our stay. We will not be staying at this property again.

One elevator was out of service and the other one was painfully slow. Also the shower head was awful.

6 day stay, I enjoyed the breakfast and room
Pros:

Clean, convenient and spacious room

Cons:

The only complaint isn’t with the hotel, the room doors slam shut unless held on to and people don’t hold them, and the doors slamming shut are loud enough to wake people.

Great property in the heart of Moab. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and so was the pool and hot tub. When I made my reservation I was told I could keep my trailer on site at the property. A policy change occurred before my arrival, but the staff was accommodating and I sure appreciated that.

Cons:

One of the elevators was broken.

Goed en comfortabel hotel.
Pros:

Zeee goede locatie kort bij alle belangrijke belangrijkste parken. Ontbijt was zeker ok maar ook niet te uitgebreid. Kamer was goed in orde.

Cons:

Het frigotje was niet echt proper. De rest was wel zeker in orde.

Proximity to the Arches and nearby restaurants. The room was nice, clean and tidy and the breakfast timings were ideal to get a head start to the park.
