Overall, it was alright. The sausages at breakfast were burnt. I booked a mountain view room, but when I opened the window, there was only a fence, so I couldn't see anything. There was an older woman at the front desk whose attitude was unpleasant. Her English wasn't good to begin with, and she was very impatient. It was a bit of a mess.

Big comfortable room, comfy beds and blackout curtains. All was clean and well maintained. Also the location was pretty good for exploring Moab - we went most places on foot. Decent breakfast, including a wafflemaker which was fun.

Cons:

Being from the UK I was pretty shocked at how much plastic was used during breakfast. Each person used single-use plastic and threw it in the bin after use. With hundreds of guests this equates to mountains of unnecessary waste! Very surpised that in Moab - a place known for nature lovers... this is the norm.
