Pros:

Отель находится в шаговой доступности от центра. Есть две парковки: крытая — в 7–9 минутах ходьбы и открытая под мостом — примерно в 5 минутах. Номер был чистым, как и постельное бельё. При заселении предлагают приветственный бокал просекко, скидочные купоны на различные мероприятия в городе, два бесплатных кофе в кафе при отеле, а при выезде дарят магнитик и купон на 20 евро, которым можно воспользоваться в течение года, например при бронировании через Booking. И, конечно, отдельно хочется отметить персонал гостиницы — все сотрудники были вежливы, доброжелательны и оставили очень приятное впечатление.

Cons:

Видно, что номера недавно обновляли, но исключительно косметически и, судя по качеству работ, силами самых дешёвых рабочих. Старый скрипучий паркет никто менять не стал — в нашем номере он был покрыт засохшими и размазанными следами цементного раствора.

При входе в номер ощущается характерный запах гостиниц 80-х годов, и никакой ремонт избавиться от него не помог. Вероятно, сотрудники отеля его уже просто не замечают — привыкли. Впрочем, спустя пару часов мы тоже перестали его чувствовать, но лишь потому, что человеческое обоняние быстро адаптируется.

На ресепшене нам, несмотря на двухместное размещение, выдали всего одну карту-ключ.

Есть мини-бар с просто космическими ценами, а вместо бутылки питьевой воды гостей встречает открытый графин, происхождение воды в котором остаётся лишь предметом догадок.

Отдельное удовольствие — туалет. Его содержимое исчезает только после четвёртого-пятого смыва. Всё это время вы поневоле становитесь зрителем этого увлекательного процесса, ожидая, когда сантехника наконец справится со своей единственной задачей. Если вы куда-то спешите — обязательно закладывайте на это несколько лишних минут.

Непонятно, зачем после ремонта оставили ванну вместо нормальной душевой кабины. Единственное её предназначение — создать шанс поскользнуться, пока забираешься внутрь принять душ.

В номере очень жарко. Но открыть окна невозможно, потому что тот самый «прекрасный вид на город» выходит прямо на оживлённую дорогу. Вместо тишины вас всю ночь сопровождает рёв мотоциклов, поэтому о полноценном сне можно забыть.

Основания кроватей были покрыты чёрными потёртостями и грязными следами. Самое удивительное, что эта проблема решается буквально копеечным способом — достаточно использовать натяжные простыни, которые одновременно защищали бы кровати от дальнейшего износа и скрывали существующие эстетические дефекты.

God beliggenhed og fine parkeringsmuligheder. Morgenmadstilbud til vegetarer var meget begrænset.

Pros:

Staff was nice, and location was in walking distance of the center of city.

Cons:

No AC in the room, it was insanely hot, and the fan we could use was really loud. Advertising had false AI photos, and with a rating of 9,3 we were expecting much higher standard. The hotel in general was worn down and old. In our shower there was only a handheld showerhead. One of the beds were a lot softer than the other, to the point where it seemed faulty. Two sinks but only 1 soap.

When I checked out the staff tried to convince me not to give them a bad review this month, because of an internal competition. That’s not how reviews work. Do a good job, and get a good review. We stayed at another hotel, within the same hotel chain, where they tried to bribe us to give them top rating, in exchange for free parking. Maybe that’s why the hotel have such a high rating.

Other than that the staff was really nice and welcoming, and was generally nice to talk to.

Breakfast was well assorted, although limited vegan/vegetarian options.
