Cons:

The hotel is a little dated, and the parking is located about two blocks away, although this was only a minor inconvenience. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning. With temperatures above 30°C (86°F), the room became quite warm and uncomfortable, even though a fan was provided.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, but both the building and the rooms show their age and could benefit from some updating.

Schöner Kurzstop in Prag mit toller Altstadt
Pros:

Schnelle Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Nettes Personal am Empfang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit umsichtigen Personal. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben dieses Hotel als Kurzstop zur Hin - und Rückreise zum Balaton gewählt, um auch noch die Altstadt Prag besuchen zu können. Gern wieder.

Cons:

Parkplätze etwas weiter entfernt. Leider sehr laut, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Ausrichtung Straße hat. Am Tag nicht störend, da man ja die Stadt erkunden möchte. Nachts mussten wir jedoch die Fenster geschlossen lassen.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Hotelu Mercur.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Śniadania z dużym wyborem. Pokój czysty z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Parking samochodowy w cenie pokoju.

Poloha hotela dobra, hlavne dostupnost autom, k dispozicii aj parking. Pesia dostupnost do centra. Personal hodnotim dobre, boli ochotni, mili. Ranajky bufet, kazdy si najde svoje.

Cons:

Vybavenie izby starsie, uvolnena bateria vo vani, chyba klimatizacia, ked sne si chceli namiesto chybajucej klimy otvorit okmo, pri orientacii do ulice to bolo velmi hlucne, aj v noci.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren schon im letzten Jahr im Hotel Merkur. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr vorteilhaft. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Wenzelsplatz, Hradschin, Altstadt) sind wunderbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Straßenbahn vor der Tür und eine U- Bahnstation ganz in der Nähe, ebenso eine sehr gute Wechselstube mit einem der besten Wechselkurse.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr,sehr gut und reichhaltig. Auch hier achtet das sehr freundliche Personal darauf, das zügig nachgelegt wird. Die Tische werden sehr schnell abgeräumt und neu vorbereitet, so dass man sich im Frühstücksraum wohl fühlt.

Kind hearted people in the very heart of Prague made our stay feel amazing!
Pros:

We loved every minute we spent here! The personnel (especially Arsenius and Iryna) is incredibly considerate and supportive and their recommendations proved to be very useful. We have taken some of the best pictures in the hidden gems they showed us how to reach. Their generosity is also amazing and they really know how to make guests feel really special!
We love it and we're definitely coming back!!! ❤️

In der Nähe der Metrostation mit schnellem Zugang zur Altstadt. Das Hotel ist bereits etwas älter, keine Klimaanlage, jedoch Ventilatoren in den Zimmern.
