Bloedheet, deur naar buiten kan niet open.
Raam kan amper open.
Online openen van de deuren werkt vaker niet dan wel.
Personeel is zeer onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd.
Dame die vertrekt na het poetsen gooit echt ALLE fietsen om en lacht als een dom schaap

Excellent location, great restaurants and bars nearby, quieter than Central amsterdam but still lively. Very close to metro station. Very accommodation for a family, made sure we were on the ground floor and provided a travel cot

Easy stay, friend staff, good location
Pros:

Space was well equipped with kitchen basics, nice amount of space. staff available and friendly. Location is great, far enough away from the business of main tourists hubs but close to everything you'd need (parks, cafes, restaurants, grocery) & a short tram ride to the main square and attraction areas.

Cons:

I know it's typical, as Amsterdam does not get too warm and there is no A/C. The bedroom was very warm and hard to cool off as there are no windows in it. Not a complaint so much as information for you to consider
