Pros:

Die Gastfreundschaft von der Rezeptionistin und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer haben uns gefallen. Strukturiert und angenehm.

Cons:

Zum einen die Kaffeemaschine, die vermutlich ironischerweise, von einer anderen Zeit her stammt und man Fachwissen, für die Bedienung der Kaffeemaschine haben musste. Eine modernere Kaffeemaschine wäre komfortabler gewesen.
Zum anderen, hatte die Toilette keine Gebruchsabsauger und das führte zu unangenehmen Gerüchen.

Een fijn appartement centraal gelegen in de hoofdstad.
Pros:

Hartje Amsterdam, vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg over het appartement. 24 uurs bereikbaarheid, daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt, niet nodig

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Wel een paar suggesties ter verbetering. De badkamer heeft een kastje ofzo nodig voor je toiletspullen, en een afscheiding van het douchegedeelte. Bedlampjes zijn fijn. En persoonlijk vind ik aankleding aan de wand in de vorm van een mooi schilderij of poster ook fijn.

Pommeau de douche plus très en forme voir même défectueux
Très froid dans toutes les pièces de l appartement le chauffage n était pas allumé a notre arrivée ce n était pas gai duvtemps surtout que l on estcen hiver et très froid dehors même de la neige
Canape lit pas confortable du tout
Un geste tout de même commercial devrait être fait je pense? en plus sue je suis une bonne cliente booking

Would of been a 10 if only initial contact with property reflected the service we actually received

Location.. accessible to everything. Beautiful location great transport links

Cons:

The communication regarding arrival times was not great at first. I got abrupt answers regarding our arrival being after 8pm. This was only explained once paid that you can’t always check in after 8pm. I was a little concerned but all went ok once we arrived.
