This hotel is a gem!!
Pros:

This hotel is perfect for a short or long stay. You can walk easily to attractions, restaurants, shopping, public transportation. They give you a free discount card. The rooms can be small, so make sure to specify a larger one, which was just great. Plenty of hot and cold water, which was not always true across Europe. Helpful staff. And the best breakfast we have had in 3 weeks of travel,

Pros:

It was really nice to be able to walk to the places you want to visit in a short time. There are places nearby where you can get what you need. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs.

Cons:

I can say there's a difference between the pictures and reality. The furniture, etc., has an older design than what's shown in the pictures. I realized after researching that there are more stylish spaces available for the same price, or the price I paid. The gym, which is separate from the hotel, was also undergoing renovations, which created a lot of noise. But they said there was nothing they could do. Still, their attempts to create small moments of happiness with little surprises stem from the kindness of the staff.

Hot, hot, hot! No AC!
Pros:

The restaurant and breakfast was good and the staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Prague was in the high 80’s for the week and the hotel had NO air conditioning! Our room was probably 90 degrees each night and was impossible to sleep well. They did provide a fan (as pictured) but what made things even worst was the BED! The mattress was very thin, like 4 inches with no padding! I woke each morning with terrible back and shoulder pain. They desperately need to replace beds and install AC!

Pros:

Otelin yeri gayet merkeziydi çoğu yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Personel oldukça ilgili odalar temiz ve ferah. hergün temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapıldı. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu fakat avrupa ülkeleriyle bizlerin kahvaltı alışkanlığı genel olarak farklı. Kahvaltıda tuzlu çeşitler daha çok olabilir gayet memnun kaldık

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, de kamers waren netjes en het ontbijt werkelijk fantastisch. Ook de ligging is perfect, de oude stad is op wandelafstand en als je toch de tram wilt nemen, dan is die ook vlak bij.

Cons:

Je moet soms een beetje geduld hebben met het laden en lossen van je auto. Er zijn een paar parkeerplaatsen voor het hotel waar je tijdelijk mag staan, maar het kan hier soms druk zijn, waardoor je soms rondjes moet rijden.
Om 7 uur 's ochtends begonnen renovatiewerken die veel lawaai maakten. Het hotel compenseerde wel door een gratis fles wijn en cava aan te bieden, dat was dus op zich wel netjes.
Alleen zijn niet alle muren even geluidsdicht. Ik verbleef zelf in kamer 305, mijn dochters in kamer 307. In kamer 306 verbleef een ander gezin (of twee koppels). De muur tussen 305 en 306 leek wel uit papier te bestaan. Om 6u 's ochtends stond het andere gezin op, met de nodige drukte. Ik kon elk woord verstaan, hoorde wanneer iemand op het toilet zat, zelfs wanneer de rits van een koffer open of dicht ging, kon ik dat perfect horen. Mijn dochters leken hier minder last van te hebben. Ik vond het echter zeer storend, het leek werkelijk alsof het gezin naast mijn bed stond.

Pros:

We halted for just a night. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. I appreciated the fan being in the room to help with the heat as rooms did not have air conditioning.

Cons:

Bed was too soft. Need a bit more ergonomic bed for restful sleep for travellers. Parking was too far and hard to navigate for travellers. Google map did not help.

And with the Prague pass it made it so worth it!

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück reichhaltig.
Das Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht, der Aufzug funktionierte dauernd nicht.

Vieles hat nur so ungefähr gut funktioniert.

A perfect stay
Pros:

This was a beautiful experience. The Hotel position was very near the centre and everything was at a walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The people at the hotel were very nice and willing to help. The breakfast vas a vast spread of foods, both sweet and savory, perfect for all tastes ( there were vegans and gluten free options too)
