Pros:

Frau Elizeveta von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilft bei jeder Frage gerne weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Great location in a historic hotel.
Pros:

The location is great. The hotel is also very historic which I thought was great. The only thing that was a negative for me was having no air conditioning. You can open the windows but it is too loud to keep them open all night. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

Cons:

That there was no air conditioning.

Good location, good breakfast, but a work in progress.
Pros:

Good breakfast, good location, and Yuri the manager was professional, friendly, and helpful. He suggested we follow him to the parking garage (under the Palladium mall nearby) and then drove us back to the hotel in his car.

Cons:

Aside from Yuri, the staff is very young and too many of them are not nearly professional enough for our liking. We would not stay here again for that reason, and because the elevator is very small and slow, and the staff did not attend to cleaning, like a dirty paper napkin on the floor near the steps to the elevator that we saw in the evening and was still there the next morning at checkout. And the hotel is under construction, and the room had no air conditioning. These are all issues that can be fixed, especially if Yuri replaces his under-performing staff with better people. At checkout, one of the staffers presented us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Very nice gesture, except we were going to the airport. (So, we gave it to the construction workers out front...) We would have LOVED the bottle of wine on arrival.
