Important information:

Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Otoczenie basenów, pokój

Cons:

Śmieci na plaży hotelowej, bałagan w okolicy hotelu. Śniadanie bez wyboru owoców. Obsługa nie mówią a po angielsku. Siłownia od godziny 9.00 powinna być od 6:00

Lugar,tranquilidad,amabilidad,comida. Facilidad t rapidez en la reserva con booking.
Recomendable.

Cons:

Comparado con costo de habitación de los hoteles vecinos,San Agustín,Paracas,Casa Andina, debe ser menos.
Y hay que poner barandas en las piscinas, vi que adultos y niños se resbalaban al entrar y salir de las piscinas.

This is a beautiful resort. The pools were very clean and the landscaping is lovely. Lots of comfy lounge chairs and beds around the pool. Nice pool towels! Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony. Great shower. Extra large comfortable bed! Breakfast was a generous buffet! We loved this place!The staff was super nice too!

Cons:

Only one small complaint, the fridge in our room did not work well.

El hotel es maravilloso: las instalaciones, la ubicación y la atención en general fueron excelentes. Realmente disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía.

Sin embargo, hubo un punto importante que nos decepcionó. Pagamos un costo adicional para hospedarnos en una habitación familiar con jacuzzi, pero no pudimos disfrutarlo. Además, durante la mayor parte de la estadía, solo tuvimos agua tibia para bañarnos.

Nos comunicamos con el soporte del hotel y nos indicaron que debíamos dejar correr el agua durante aproximadamente 20 minutos para que se calentara. Seguimos las instrucciones, pero no funcionó. Volvimos a contactar al hotel y no obtuvimos una solución en ese momento.

Recién el último día enviaron a alguien que realizó un ajuste en el sistema, y finalmente tuvimos agua caliente. Lamentablemente, ya era demasiado tarde, ya que estábamos a punto de irnos.

En resumen, la experiencia fue muy buena, pero este inconveniente afectó significativamente nuestra estadía, especialmente considerando el costo adicional de la habitación.

Cons:

Por la fecha, había muchísimas personas...encontrar una sombrilla era una difícil misión.
Lo otro es que el primer día no teníamos mesa para tomar desayuno había mucha gente.. y poco espacio...las cosas para comer rápidamente se terminaban.

Huoneen kylpyhuoneen suihkuseinä oli liian lyhyt. Vesi kerääntyi kylpyhuoneen lattialle ja teki siihen lammikon, joka piti kuivata pyyhkeellä joka suihkun päätteeksi.
