Important information:

Children from 5 to 12 years old must pay an additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Very bad value for money, and not worth a visit in my opinion

The rooms are nice and clean, although the AC did not work properly.

Cons:

This place is nowhere near a 5 stars hotel, I do think it is completely overpriced for what it is. The common areas lack charm, and look more like a municipal pool than 5 stars hotel facilities.

I have also been overcharged for my room , fortunately this has been fixed at the end of my stay by the staff than hav

The staff could get better training and English speaking course to deal with customers, although I like to point out that one staff member has been very helpful despite all.

Hotel de 5 estrellas con cucaracha en la habitación

Expreso mi profunda insatisfacción con el servicio recibido durante mi estancia del domingo 15 al martes 17 de marzo ya que al amanecer de dicho día encontré 1 cucaracha al pie de la cama de la habitación del cuarto 228. Esta situación es inaceptable para un hotel de su categoría (5 estrellas )y atenta contra las normas básicas de higiene y salubridad :¿en qué momento el insecto entró en la habitación? ¿Estuvo sobre nuestros artículos personales? ¿ estuvo en la cama ? Son preguntas desagradables que me hago al igual que , si así está la habitación ¿cómo podrá estar la cocina ?.Al ser el último día de estancia decidimos retirarnos antes del check out dado el malestar /asco generado , me acerqué a recepción para exponer lo sucedido sin embargo no había ningún encargado con el que se pudiese conversar. El día 17 de marzo se contactaron por la tarde del área de recepción con cero interés y empatía por lo sucedido , dando por la noche del mismo día una respuesta formal (carta) firmada por Silvana Villavicencio -Gerente del hotel -bastante sosa e insultante en la cual se indica que se nos puede dar un descuento para :“… PODER BRINDARLE UNA NUEVA OPORTUNIDAD DE VIVIR LA EXPERIENCIA…” ¿Es una burla? ¿Ustedes me brindan la oportunidad? Ustedes son quienes deben de solicitar la oportunidad para resarcir lo sucedido.
Suelo guiarme de las opiniones colgadas en diferentes plataformas es por ello que sé que mi mala experiencia ayudará !

Hubo demora en el ingreso, cuando llegué ya habían otros huéspedes quejándose de lo mismo, en lo personal tuve que ingresar dos horas después de la hora del check in que era a las 3, yo llegué 3.30 y recién me dieron el acceso dos horas después, indicando que mi reserva no se reflejaba porque era a través de booking, siempre reservo a través de esta plataforma y nunca tuve este inconveniente, incluso con reservas previas de 10 min en otros hoteles, nunca había tenido este inconveniente.

Cons:

Salvo el retraso, lo demás es lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría.
