Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Es acorde al valor y cumple para una noche de parada en viaje

Esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y con muchas opciones gastronómicas cercanas.
Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy comodas, con buena vista al exterior.

Cons:

el lugar del desayuno esta ubicado en un sector sin vista al exterior, de aspecto descuidado y no tenia muchas opciones, faltaba tostadora y/o maquina para hacer sandiwch tostados.
La limpieza de los ascensores no era buena.
Había solicitado habitaciones contiguas o al menos en el mismo piso, no pudieron cumplir con ese pedido incluso habiendo reservado con bastante anticipación.
