Pros:

Ok for couple days, located very close to metro station. New bedding needed, other then that pretty clean and comfortable. This hotel has an option to be rented hourly, which brings certain costumers in

Pros:

Полагаю, что заявленная стоимость проживания не вполне соответствует условиям и качеству обслуживания. Из плюсов только относительно удобное расположение и близость к метро (200 метров от метро Технологический институт), а также достаточно сносный и чистый номер внутри. Отель находится в одной из коммунальных квартир внутри жилого дома на 2 этаже, обустроенной по принципу отдельных номеров. Само здание, особенно подъезд, находятся в относительно плачевном состоянии и вызывают уныние. Завтрак в стоимость не входит, доплата за поздний выезд астрономическая. Отель годится разве что переночевать, если все остальное время планируете провести в городе.
