C est une grande maison coloniale, très bien entretenue et décorée, très chouette, avec un jardinet et terrasse, plusieurs espaces conviviaux . Confortable et petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé.

The place to be à Lima !
Pros:

Je ne mets quasi jamais la note "10". Là, c'est à deux mains que je la mets, tellement nous avons apprécié cet hôtel, celui que nous avons le plus apprécié de la 15/vingtaine que nous avons utilisé pendant un mois de séjour entre Pérou et Bolivie.
Une situation parfaite à Barranco, effectivement de loin le quartier le plus agréable pour séjourner à Lima (bien mieux que Miraflores !), une maison de grand charme du XIXème siècle, parquet par terre, déco soignée et grande hauteur de plafond. Petit déjeuner top dans un jardin ou une cour fleurie et finalement calme sur la rue, personnel archi au top !

Pros:

Homely.clean. Friendly . Spacious room.

Cons:

Would have been quite good to have a little fridge. Just on the communal table. The water in the thermos was not very hot but luckily we could heat it in the microwave there. It was very helpful to have the means to make a hot drink though.
Internet wasn’t very good.

Friendly staff, good and clean accomodation, excellent location and good value. Stayed for 6 nights. Beautiful boutique hotel with pretty historical architecture. Staff are friendly, excellent receptionist service in both Spanish and English, so is the hotel manager, and the serving staff are friendly and professional. Stayed on the 2nd floor. Rooms are simple, which includes a ceiling fan (no AC) and a very small safe with keycode, but beautiful, and good value if you're out all day and just a need a place to sleep. Shared bathrooms and toilets (both 1x single and 1x family/couple) are kept clean daily with good water pressure, hot water, and ample soap and toilet paper. Breakfast is simple: 4 different options for vegetarian egg dishes and 1 option for a ham and cheese sandwich, paired with a few slices of toast, juice and thee or coffee. There are other options you can choose that are at an extra cost. You can also have a good value (on around 20 PEN) traditional Peruvian lunch which consists of an appetizer and main course, which by traditional Peruvian standards are huge. There's a free water dispenser on the 1st floor with a purified water jug, and on the 2nd floor there's free thee, hot water in a thermos, and a microwave. Location is excellent near the touristic places in Barranco: Sight-seeing, pubs, bars and restaurants. There's a supermarket nearby (Metro Barranco) and lots of pharmacies if needed near that that supermarket. All in all very good value for the hotel if you are looking for a hotel with no extra bling.

Cons:

They don't have laundry services on-site, but will refer you to a nearby location (Jiron Unión 261, Cercado de Lima 15063, Peru), which is 6 PEN/kilo or 2-3 PEN/kilo if you have at least 6kg of laundry.

El hotel fue bueno, pero no pudimos descansar bien
Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno

Cons:

Se sentía mucho ruido que impedía descansar como el timbre de la recepción, etc.
La cama de nuestra habitación que era una suite eran dos camas juntas, lo que la hacía muy incómoda, el colchón no era bueno y las sábanas tampoco.

Very stylish hotel. One of most beautiful in Barranco. Only downside is that at night it’s really loud on streets near to the hotel, but thats not their fault.

Correct et bien placé dans Barranco
Pros:

Hôtel charmant avec beaucoup de cachet, idéal pour visiter Barranco

Cons:

Salle de bain commune pas pratique notamment pour poser ses affaires pendant la douche.
La chambre donnant sur rue était vraiment très bruyante en raison de la circulation très dense à Lima même tard le soir

Un contraste entre un Joli bâtiment et l'inconfort d'une chambre sur rue
Pros:

Le bâtiment est magnifique, bon petit déjeuner. Sanitaires communs très propres.

Cons:

La chambre sur la rue, c'est infernal à cause du bruit : de la circulation automobile jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit,et une très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. C'est infernal.
