La vista

Mal servicio de desayuno, mala atencion, muy mal mantenido el.hotel, sarro en las aberturas, cierran mal las ventanas, todo medio desreparado, esta venido a menos el lugar, la vista la rompe y nuevo a sido lindo, pero tiene mucho q mejorar

Boa estadia no El Faro.
Pros:

Gostamos de toda infra estrutura do hotel. Bem localizado, quarto grande com vista linda, banheiro muito confortável. Aproveitamos a piscina quente e sauna na nossa estadia de 2 noites. Calefação ótima.

O restaurante do hotel, que é terceirizado, não foi muito bom. Comida bem fraca no jantar.

Lo mejor del hotel, sin dudas las vistas!
El desayuno, bueno, para el nivel del hotel.
La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

A la habitación había que acceder por una escalera muy incomoda.
Por su ubicación se oía mucho el ruido de la recepcion/ restaurante.
Quisimos contratar un masaje pero el valor era excesivamente caro.

Amazing views, but old and dated facilities

The view from the hotel was outstanding, and the overall ambiance was quiet and secluded. The breakfast offered was complete and flavorful. The parking availability was ample, and we never had any issues parking the car.

Cons:

My husband and I were staying at El Faro for our honeymoon, and this was stated multiple times beforehand, but when we arrived, nothing was mentioned, and nothing was left in the room. The room we had requested was not given to us, and instead, a smaller room was provided. The room looked dated, with the floors not polished and the pullout couch not fully put away. At no point were we offered by the concierge to book a restaurant for us or given recommendations as to what to see and what to do. During breakfast, the concierge was always talking to another staff member about personal things, which we had no interest in listening to. The spa amenities, especially the jacuzzi, felt old and not well cared for. The walls were chipping, one of the windows was broken, and it was not inviting or comfortable to be at.
