Amazing apartment!!
Gorgeous property with fantastic ocean views. The property was clean and plenty of towels provided and everything needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and clean. Parking space provided.
There is a small shop in walking distance and larger supermarket (will need to drive). Plenty of restaurants and food stalls in the area. Great area for snorkeling, lots of colourful fish. The water isnt too deep in the day, so you can swim out. Lovely pool which was cleaned every morning. Lovely friendly ladies who cleaned for us.
Would recommend this property for an amazing stay in Mauritius.

Its is a very nice apartment and well equipped. The view is fantastic and is quite and nice place. The staff is helpful and will make sure you have the best holiday.

Super Unterkunft direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Flic en Flac. Unser Apartment war im 1. Stock direkt am Strand (Apartment A4). Jeden Tag Sonnenuntergang vom eigenen Balkon! Empfang und Check-in waren super organisiert. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Einziger Negativpunkt war, dass Verbrauchsmaterial wie zum Beispiel Waschmittel für den Geschirrspüler, nicht unbeschränkt zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Bei dem Preis für die Unterkunft könnte man solche Kleinigkeiten erwarten, zumal man diese Sachen nicht in kleinen Mengen kaufen kann.

Väldigt trevligt hotell precis intill stranden. Stora luftiga lägenheter som alla har utsikt mot havet. Mycket trevligt poolområde. Fin snorkling om man tar sig ut en bit med flera olika fina fiskar. Bättre snorkling här än längre norrut på ön.

En bit att promenera till närmsta restaurangerna (15-20 min) men sen finns flera olika goda restauranger av enklare sort men god mat!
(Vi testade även att få bord på närliggande lyxhotell, men förstod sedan att det inte var så populärt då de restaurangerna framför allt är avsedda för de egna hotellgästerna och vi kände oss inte särskilt välkomnade.)

Trevligt bemötande av värden Hugo som var snabb på att svara på alla frågor och väldigt serviceminded.

Die Location ist gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Die Fensterfront zum Meer lässt sich vollkommen öffnen, was ein gutes Feeling vermittelt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host über WhatsApp sehr effizient. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Ideal for Family holidays. Appartment has everything required, magnificient view, directly at the beach. Nice pools. Hugo from horizon holidays is happy to organize everything, first class service.

3 bedroom unit is modern well maintained best views all day and sunset and moonset . Good ocation for snorkeling or just swimming and running or walking on sand even after sunset with moon light.

Fully equipped apartment, merely steps away from beach, 24hr security, 5min drive from restaurants

We stayed with Cap Ooest from May 23-26 in a 3 bed serviced apartment on the first floor. The complex is bang opposite the beach and has some of the best sunset views in Mauritius.

We found that the first floor gave us a great view of the open sea in front as it was well above the tree level in the complex. We didn't go to the public beach as the private beach in front of Cap Ooest is clean and RIGHT THERE. The snorkeling outside the hotel was brilliant as there is some live coral within 50m. It was the best snorkeling near the shore that I did in Mauritius. Otherwise, you have to get in a boat and go deeper into the sea for better sighting. I actually saw a sea snake and a lion fish on the same day in the shallows outside the hotel.

The apartment itself was wonderful. Clean to a fault and with all creature comforts one could desire. The cleaning staff takes care of all the laundry, dishes and daily cleaning (other than on Sunday). There is a large mall about 5 kms away and a large supermarket about 1 km away at the other end of Flic en Flac. We recommend that future guests should rent a car as it really gives you the flexibility to plan out your day and nothing is really close by other than the Flic en Flac beach.

We have to also add that the property manager (Hugo) goes out of his way to make you comfortable and is very helpful and courteous. On the day we left, he even facilitated our transfer as we needed to leave some luggage behind for a few hours. Thankyou!!

Everything as described in literature. Facilities as in pictures. Slightly worn in places but well equipped clean and in fantastic location wonderful sunsets from the balcony. Helpful staff. One evening we didn't get round to cleaning the bbq. The next day we found that the cleaner had done it for us. All the perks of a hotel but with apartment facilities. If you want sun sea and sand on your doorstep its the place to be. It was very private when we went no fighting for sun loungers or pool space. A few paces from the pool is the beach. Security staff patrol the poil area so no trouble from beach hawkers. Fantastic snorkelling loads of interesting sea life.

We had stayed in four different places around the island (the other three were all 5-star resorts) on our trip, and this was the one that we liked the most.

The apartment was well-equipped and well-maintained. Although this is designed to be a low-touch accommodations option, but on the few occasions when we interacted with the staff members, they were all fantastic. Special mention to Didier, the manager, who was just a great guy!

The only drawback was that this place was hard to find, as it is hidden in a rather obscure corner. More directional signs along the main road would be helpful.

We have just come back from Cap Ouest and had 10 great days there with perfect weather. The apartments are right on the beach between Wolmar and Flic En Flac. They are gorgeous apartments with all mod cons and everything you would need. There is a small supermarket near by for bread, milk etc and a bigger supermarket in Flic En Flac which is a 20 minute walk along the beach. There are plenty of reasonably priced and more exclusive restaurants in the area to cater for all. We had a 12 and 14 year old with us who also really enjoyed the trip. Boat trips and other trips can be organised through hotel or in Flic En Flac. There is also a pool but we preferred the lovely warm crystal clear ocean. Would definitely recommend.

This was a proper little paradise experience; beautiful soft beach (with pretty bits of interesting coral scattered around), well-tended trees and flowers everywhere, relaxed, courteous unintrusive staff, lovely luxury apartment in good condition. Restaurants within 15mins walk were high quality with interesting menus and very good value. Small supermarkets 5 min away were enough for our needs. Spar would have been 30min walk if we'd needed more.

The most amazing place I have ever stayed. The biggest balcony in the world overlooking paradise right on the ocean. Beautiful large bedrooms all with ensuite! I will defo return
