Hotel Konvice

Quiet room in a charming small hotel in the middle of Cesky Krumlov.

Lovely old style friendly hotel in a very pretty town.

A small hotel with a lot of charm, just like the city where it is located

Our room was in a very old heritage building in the middle of the old town, typical from old Krumlov. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too flat. The bathroom needs renovation; it still works but the shower head was precariously hanging from a loose bar and the fan was very noisy.
Breakfast was very good, many fresh options and good coffee. During a very hoy morning we enjoyed it in the terrace with a great view of the castle.
The reception is not open all day; it closes at 18. We arrived at 17. Despite having informed the hotel our arrival time, the reception was closed. The restaurant downstairs is connected to the hotel, so they called the owner and she showed up 20min later. Not great, we where tired.
There is a kettle and tea in the room; unfortunately we weren't told that there was a coffee machine besides the reception, including a little fridge that could have come handy to keep cold water during the 30c days we had.

Loved Hotel Konvice as a place to stay. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Very nice family runs the place. If we get back to Cesky Krumlov we would go back to Hotel Konvice.

The building was restored maintaining the atmosphere of the ancient facility while introducing completely moderning facilities where needed (e.g. washrooms). This is a family run hotel with welcoming and helpful hosts. Great value for money.

A great location near the square. Nice breakfast. Katharine was very helpful and accommodating. I do so appreciate her thoughtfulness and assistance.

The hotel is in a good location close to all in town and comes with a nice breakfast. Unfortunately wifi is not available in rooms.

Historic hotel in the old town of Cesky Krumlov. One of the finest such hotels I've stayed in.

Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Very helpful hosts who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. An easy walk to all of the main sites, bars and restaurants.

Hotel has a great location in the old town but it needs improvements and more customer-friendly staff. The woman working the breakfast bar was extremely rude and scolded us and other customers each morning. The WiFi is useless; we had to use our mobile data for the entire stay. The towels were like sandpaper and the pillows were worn out. The double bed was made with two single flat sheets arranged sideways that came off each night.

The hotel is located in the heart of Cesky Krumlov. The room was good and very boutique with a lovely view of the castle. The owner? was very friendly and she told us good spots in the city. Highly recommend for those who want to explore this city. However, better check your arrival time because the city limits car access.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners could not have been more helpful, accommodating and gracious. It was a lovely, small historical hotel just down the street from the town square. Not knowing we weren't allowed to park in town, the owner lead us to the closest parking garage. They let us check out at our leisure and held our luggage until we were ready to leave. Breakfast was delicious too!

Fantastic, what else can I say. Great location, Large comfortable room, the best breakfast and all the staff were fantastic to deal with.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cesky Krumluv! The 2 bedroom suite was ideal for my group of 5. We had one person join us last minute and the staff was very accommodating by bringing us a rollaway bed. Staff was very nice, continental breakfast was superb, and the location was great for walking around and seeing the town.

Bed very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds!
