The staff were all very friendly and very accommodating for children. The location was great - walkable to everything we wanted but just a little outside the very busy area so a touch quieter at night.
The paintwork in the bathroom was a touch tired but this would be our only feedback

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed.
The location was very convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away offering direct connections to the airport. The Old Town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of taverns, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area, a mini market is just right in front of hotel.
The included breakfast was also a great bonus and made the stay even better.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.
As a small suggestion, the quality and freshness of some breakfast items could be enhanced. That said, this was not a significant concern, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed this minor point.
Diana is a warm, fresh, bright star in a touristy neighborhood. We visit Rhodes often on our way to another island. It can be full of tourists on package holidays. But the Diana feels like a big bougie hug. The decor is fresh and lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. They make a great breakfast spread. But the real stars of the Diana are the staff! They are friendly, like down to Earth, really friendly. Which in a town full of service workers dealing with tourists feels like a breath of fresh air. Speaking of, the A/C is worth price of admission alone. When they were full on another visit, we left our other hotel and hung out in the Diana's bar to watch the soccer games because the vibe is chill and the staff so honestly friendly. It's a quick walk to downtown for shopping (5 mins) and about 10 mins to Elli Beach, Maltemi Restaurant (recommend!) and also the entrance to Old Town. So a great location. A little farther to get to the ferry terminals, but they'll call a cab for you. Watch the sunset on the beach just down the block.
We were only upset because the Diana was full on our return trip, and we couldn't stay. This place is fantastic.

Brak szafy. Niezbyt smaczne i monotonne śniadania.

It was very close to the beach and city center, fairly close to the old town too! The walls were fairly noise supressing.
The staff was super flexible and helpful with all our issues and questions, reception is 24/7.
The room was drastically different than on the photos. It was very small - MUCH smaller than how it is portrayed online -, had too many tight spaces like the bathroom door, didn’t have enough space for longer clothes to be stored without folding them. The facilities were renovated but generally mediocre to poor quality (like shower heads, toilet paper holder, LED lamps glued to the ceiling, etc.) As the space is small it is more suited for people who do not want to stay in the room but outside.
The elevator is super tiny, could not fit me and my wife with the baggages. It can be bothersome on higher floors.
The window in the room did not shut completely, and the partying 1-4am was loud but not to the extent that we couldn’t sleep (could bother some).
There was one occasion we saw a cocroach running towards the kitchen area which is not the sweetest image.
Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου. Στο δωματιο εχει πιστολάκι μαλλιών, βραστήρα νερού με καφέ και τσάι. Ειχε οδοντοβρουτσες και οδοντόκρεμα οπως και παντόφλες. Τα προϊόντα τους ηταν apivita!
Στο δωμάτιο μας ηταν χαλασμένο το κλιματιστικό. Μας έφεραν ενα portable για να περάσουμε το οποίο εκανε αρκετό θόρυβο και έπρεπε να είναι και η μπαλκονοπορτα ανοικτή με αποτέλεσμα να ακούμε και όλο τον νυχτερινό θόρυβο. Τελικά δεν επιδιορθωθηκε σε όλη την διαμονή μας αν και το προσωπικό μας έλεγε οτι περίμενε τον τεχνικό.
Die Personal war sehr freundlich, das Bett war bequem, Badezimmer war schön renoviert. Die Lage is zentral und praktisch. Zimmer war für solche Lage schon ruhig.
Frühstück mit minderwertige Lebensmittel, schmeckt meisten nicht. Balkon war sehr schmutzig, kann man gar nicht benutzen. Zimmer war klein. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber keine schöne Umgebung.
