Bom custo-benefício mesmo com a manutenção deixando a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto é espaçoso e a vista para a Praça da Matriz e Catedral Metropolitana é muito bonita.

Cons:

A manutenção do hotel está precária. Os quartos precisam de atualização e manutenção urgente. Por sorte não estava muito quente e utilizei pouco o ar condicionado, pois ele era muito velho e fazia um barulho absurdamente alto.

Ótima localização, por ser central facilita o deslocamento.
Ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel é antigo, merece alguns tratos especiais, mas ñ comprometeu nossa estadia. Café da manhã simples, mas oferecendo o necessário. O quarto é amplo com armário, espelho e mesa de cabeceira. A limpeza do quarto ñ é feita todos os dias, mas solicitamos a limpeza do banheiro pois estávamos em 3, e nossa solicitação foi atendida. Recomendamos.

Cons:

Como sugestão, apontamos q os funcionários poderiam ser um pouco mais simpáticos. Não foram mal educados, mas um sorriso vai bem.
