Os quartos são grandes e as camas confortáveis

Cons:

O ar condicionado é antigo e faz um barulho tremendo, tive que desligar para dormir. O café da manhã? Um dos piores que já vi.

Experiência muito boa (com exceção da falta de luz)
Pros:

Localização excelente: fácil acesso ao Theatro São Pedro (só atravessar a rua) e ao Rua da Praia Shopping (ao lado), bem como proximidade com a Rua dos Andradas (gastronomia, comércio). Recepção agradável (piso muito bonito). Estacionamento 24 horas conveniado na mesma rua (130m de distância do hotel). Quarto amplo. Camas confortáveis. Chuveiro bom.

Cons:

Falta um suporte para a toalha de rosto junto à pia do banheiro. A porta do banheiro não fecha direito, fazendo muito barulho para abrir. Infelizmente, o hotel ficou sem luz por cerca de 2 horas à noite (voltou às 00h40min), o que fez com que tivéssemos que acessar o quarto pelas escadas (oito andares).

Localização ótima. Quarto 1102 com uma vista maravilhosa para o teatro, assembleias, piratino, praça e catedral. Ja havia ficado no hotel que é excelente de qualidade muito superior, mas esse quarto em específico me surpreendeu pela vista.
