Soy celiaca, y avise que iba a necesitar un desayuno pato para celiacos. Cuando llegue di aviso al personal y me dijeron que hable en el comedor con el personal encargado. Lo hice y no tenian idea de lo que hablaba. No tenis conocimientos de manipulacion de alimentos y no habia nada preparado ni que pudiera comer.
