Meu quarto não foi limpo em 3 dias no local.
Mesmo solicitando na recepção.
Colchão muito ruim, sentia as ripas de madeira do beliche nas costas.

E o pior de tudo.
Serviço de lavanderia terceirizada.
Valor absurdamente caro..

260,00 para lavar 2 calças, 2 camisetas, 2 cuecas e 2 meias.

Conseguiram perder 4 peças das minhas e ainda quiseram me cobrar.
Me neguei a pagar.

Café da manhã somente após as 7:00

Para quem precisa trabalhar na cidade, nem deu pra tomar café.

Não indico para ninguém.

As cobertas das camas não eram suficientes, para atender uma temperatura muito baixa, tive que solicitar reforço, mas fui prontamente atendido.

Pros:

Bom atendimento de toda equipe.

Cons:

Internet teve momentos de instabilidade e falta ducha higiênica. A localização, infelizmente, não é culpa do estabelecimento, mas havia muitos moradores de rua usuários de drogas praticamente na porta do hotel.
