Room is in poor condition in terms of cleaning and facilities especially no AC

Reasonable Rate

Ok for the price, but I would rather pay extra and stay in a better hotel. Cleanliness was a main issue. Stained bedsheets, torn bath towels, dusty cupboards were highlights. I asked for a fresh towel and again I got a torn towel. The bathroom had patches from scales all over the wash basin and closet including cover which should have been cleaned better. TV and internet was on and off.

Only good thing to call out was the excellent Andhra restaurant on ground floor and ideal location close to many amenities.

There re improvements points, which I already provided to the Hotel as my feedback. Overall it is good.

everything was good except for hot waters and the bathroom door and no lock.

The hotel condition was good but they had some hidden charges which we were not aware of.They took additional 1000 rupees for extra person in a double bed room and did not inform us about it also.It was when we were doing checkout we came to know.

My observations are as follows: 1. Best sheets & towels were not clean (seems that, those are used) 2. Bed sheets & towels are not changed during my two nights stay. 3. Bath room is not good at all. Very dirty. 4. Room floor should have been cleaned at least once in a day. I would not prefer myself to stay next time. One more thing, they have charged me Rs.500 extra as early check-in (10AM instead of 12 noon) charges.

Comfortable stay but very rude behavior from staff. Was told 12 hour checkout only for online bookings whereas nothing was mentioned while booking.Would not prefer to book it again.

Staff were helpful and service had been good which made our stay comfortable. Clean rooms and prime location has helped to have access all facilities

Pros:
Great location for outer ring road as you have fast a/c volvo buses to take you anyplace within the vicinity for not much money.
The staff are very friendly and very willing to oblige.

Cons
Poor Wifi: First room didn't get wifi coverage so they shifted me to another room which supposedly have better coverage but no luck.
Pests: There were a couple of cockroaches in the room as well.
Laundry: I gave my clothes for laundry and got it back 3 days later and the clothes were still wet and smelling of dampness
Road Noise: Being on the ORR you do get loads of drivers honking loudly first thing in the morning. You won't need an alarm.

All in all you get what you pay for as this is one of the cheapest hotels in this area offering a/c, wifi,etc (on paper)

A very terrible stay we had there. We only stayed for a night. It was a prepaid booking, yet they could nt find the reciept so they delayed the checking in by an hour. We were standing there after a hectic travel. The room we were given had pungent smell and there was no menu card or room service number near the phone. The bathroom could be locked only from the inside and not from the outside. There was no proper instruction about hot water timings and there was no mug in the bathroom. This one night stay there was outrageous. We lost our temper there. Only thing that was good was two single cot bed. Atleast that was there but the space to walk around it was so less. A very poor experience and I shall not recommend this hotel.
