Great Ming Court,but not for international clients
Pros:

The heritage hotel is great, the hidden entrance will bring you inside the Ming dynasty court to discover this little gem. Is like a jump in the Emperial Time. The service is polite and welcoming, but they don't have an appropriate information material to give to the clients about the local tourist attractions and how to reach them, even they can rent you the hotel's bycicles. The rooms are great, we stay in a cozy suite, but without fridge and mirrors except in the bathroom.

非常私密的酒店，环境优雅，爸妈旅途中出了点健康状况，所以给他们定家好点的酒店的套房修整一下，酒店工作人员热心细致，住宿体验非常好，爸妈很满意！谢谢！

Excellent intentions but still a way to go
Pros:

Sky Vally is an ambitious project which has almost made it, but just falls down on a few key areas. The hotel lacks a warm communal area, the dining area is open and hence chilly at night and subject to fly attack during the day. The rooms are authentically furnished, cosy and clean. The food is good, but choice limited. Interesting hotel, but not on our revisit list.

Unique Small Hotel but Location is a big Problem
Pros:

A lovingly restored 90 year old Chinese house set around two small courtyards. It looks beautiful, but it's a long way from almost anywhere. An hour and 250RMB from the airport and you are stll 30 minutes away from the city and 20 from the Old Town. Rooms are ok; the bathrooms are far better. One small plastic rocking chair, no table, no storage, nowhere to leave your case. Food is very good but very limited Chinese menu and the only alcohol served is beer or wine (in a bottle). Breakfast items extremely limited. Since the hotel is in a small town, there's only one other restaurant in the evening, but if you don't understand Chinese you'll not get far. The staff are all very helpful but only one speaks any English.

Beautiful dwelling in a magic place
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel, a traditional Bai courtyard dwelling in a remarkable Bai town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food excellent and Xizhou is a magic place to spend time. Only one problem is it is really hard to find sky valley - no signs or even name on the door so do get some directions before you go. Would recommend very highly.

Pros:

建物は古い四合院を改装。オーナー経営者（たぶん）が接客し、従業員も友好的です。
日本のリゾートペンションの雰囲気です。
客室は瀟洒で快適だがやや狭く、大型スーツケースを開くのに苦労する。
