Villa Korbhun Khinbua

房间收拾得非常干净，这点是最重要的，对面有个7-11，也很方便。

I've been traveling for 8 months now and this may be the best room I've stayed in. It was almost perfect. The layout, style, vibe, and quality of the finishes were outstanding. It's hard to explain how or why, but all of these things just made me feel so relaxed and at home. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and everything you could need is just outside your door. I mean, you could stay here and never leave a one block radius. Amazing!

This beautiful family-run place made me feel so incredibly welcome from the very first moment. Wan and her sister were absolutely amazing, and their parents were just as kind and caring. Everyone was so sweet and genuinely helpful — they even kindly assisted me with my post, which I really appreciated.

The location is great, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and personal. You can truly feel the heart behind this place.

热情～干净，舒服

値段の割にオシャレな作りで場所も良い道路に面している割には静かではあった、　オーナーのお爺さんが素朴な日本語を話すのをチェックアウトの時に知った。
日本人の事が好きみたいで最近は日本人の観光客が少ないと寂しそうだった。

It's such a great place to stay. Very comfy, clean, beautiful, nice area and not least very friendly people, who runs it. 11 out of 10 stars.

良いホテルでした。親切なご家族が経営されています。娘さんは英語を流暢に話されて、お父さんは日本語、フランス語も話されます。
ホテルの前を歩いていてもホテルがあるとは気付かないくらい中庭、木々、塀に囲まれていて、チェンマイでは珍しい隠れ家という感じです。
周辺には、徒歩圏内で市場、レストランたくさんあります。
シャワー、トイレ等の水圧もとても良く熱いお湯も勢いよく出るのでシャワーが気持ち良かったです。
古典的な建築が良い所ですが、ドアの隙間から多少の朝光が入る設計になっているのが、気になる人がいるかもしれません。
とても綺麗にお掃除もしていただいて、清潔感は抜群です。
また機会があったらぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Classica struttura tradizionale Thailandese. Tutta in legno, super curata, e molto pulita. La mia stanza aveva un balconcino. Ho alloggiato per 9 notti, da sola e mi sono sentita come a casa. La struttura e' gestita da un signore anziano e la figlia, che parlano benissimo l'inglese ( cosa molto rara a Chiang Mai) sono molto accoglienti e pronti ad aiutarti ed a consigliarti su tutto. Hanno anche delle biciclette a disposizione, gratuita, per gli ospiti. Sta 10 minuti a piedi dalla porta nord di Chiang mai.E' da considerare cheA Chiang Mai e' molto facile spostarsi , attraverso un'app asiatica, puoi prenotare a pochi euro un servizio Taxi sia macchina che motorino .
"La villa e' situata in un quartiere molto popolare con tanti servizi, ristorantini, street food, lavanderie, massaggi di ogni genere. L'ultimo giorno, prima del check out la figlia mi ha fatto un regalo... fantastica 😍.super consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Such a great place with the nicest family who are so helpful. The solidly built timber villa has character and is super clean and spacious. Also in a great location with everything you need nearby, including the fabulous Siri Wattana food market. We had to stay a few extra nights after rolling an ankle and we were very thankful to be so comfortable. Thankyou!

Angenehme Lage, super nette Besitzer, große Zimmer, schön eingerichtet.
Dadurch das es nicht im typischen Touristen Viertel liegt, war es ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

Familiengeführtes Hotel, man ist dort sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend
