Al llegar el primer día a la habitación no cambiaron las sábanas y estaban llenas de pelos (me imagino que de los huéspedes anteriores). Íbamos a ir a recepción a dejarles saber y en el pasillo estaba el personal de aseo y le dijimos lo que pasaba, amablemente nos comentó la señorita que se les habían acabado las sábanas limpias pero que nos iban a buscar unas, regresó y las cambió. Las toallas y las sábanas te las cambian por limpias cada dos días nos comentó el personal de aseo. En los pasillos en las noches se escucha demasiado ruido, no puedes descansar bien y las habitacionesson chiquitas.. El desayuno no es bueno (siempre hay huevo como platillo principal y está bien pero tenía cierto olor, (creo es porque son huevos líquidos pasteurizados) y la limpieza es poca en esa área ya que las mesas no las limpian constantemente. En general no nos gustó y no regresaríamos nunca, afortunadamente encontramos otra opción mejor y nos salimos mucho antes.

Que me dijeran que me regalaban un day pass, pero no sabía que la condición era llevarte al hotel fiesta americana y que te vendieran a fuerzas una plataforma de hoteles que se me hace de mal gusto con la vendedora Raquel Díaz y un señor que estaba con ella posteriormente y adicional hacer perder el tiempo de 3 horas con ellos, afectando a mi familia, sintiéndome estresado y ventas ilusiones, que termine llendo me de ahí, porque se me hace un fraude, por lo que pido de su apoyo ayudarme de igual manera a cancelar el contrato access fiesta rewards con número 1401797 de ese producto que metieron a fuerzas y adicional con tarjeta de crédito de un familiar que terminó afectando.
