Ich habe nur 3 Tag bin ich weg gegangen von dem Hotel

部屋のクリーニングが無かった
スタッフの対応は非常に良かった

Very bad front desk - unprofessional wearing sleeping cloth with with sandles - have no photo copy machine to photo copy passport un-bolite knocked on my doors 3 times for no reason
NOT SAFE TO STAY IN HERE.

Only the people. The hotel is untidy and the conditions were terrinle.

Leider keine Handtücher, Seife und laut (Straße).

لم أجد حجز ... وأخبرنى المسئول أن الحجز لم يصل إليه ... وبمراجعتى للإميل وجدته يسألنى على ميعاد الوصول لتأكيد الحجز لديه !!!

Der Service war sehr gut. Man hat mir in jeder Situation geholfen. Gutes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Hatte ein Gefühl der Heimat.

地下鉄メインで遊ぶ人は最高のロケーションです。
わかりやすい位置にありますが看板が小さめなので見落としてしまいそう。目の前には大行列ができるお菓子屋さんがあります。
ホテルは３階表記ですが日本人感覚では４階です。
ホステルって相部屋、もしくはトイレ風呂共同が基本だと思ってたんですが違うんですね。個室のみでした。
フロントのオーナーさんは感じがいい人でした。
部屋は４か５部屋しかありません。一部屋の広さは十分です。１０帖くらい。清潔感は値段からするとこんなもんかなっていう感じ。お湯はすぐに熱くなり湯量も十分なシャワーのみでした。ホースの水漏れは御愛敬。トイレはありますがトイレットペーパーがついてないので御注意。固形石鹸とバスタオルの支給あり。ただしルームクリーニングはないのでタオル交換もありませんでした。エアコンもありますがオンかオフしかできなく温度調整はできませんでした。
朝食は部屋で食べる事ができます。朝食をもらおうと部屋の扉を開けた瞬間にフロントからオバチャンが駆けつけて来て｢ブレックファースト？｣って言って部屋に持ってきてくれます。食べ終わって食器を持って部屋の扉を開けた瞬間にまたフロントからオバチャン駆けつけて来て｢フィニッシュ？｣って言ってかたずけてくれます。毎日(>_<)このやり取りが楽しかった。
価格もいいですがロケーションも最高です。ホテルは寝るだけ、でも一人部屋じゃないと嫌。場所も街中！っていう人にはオススメ。

Très bien accueillie, les enfants y sont les bienvenus, hôtes toujours prêts à vous aider pour vous organiser dans vos sorties ou tous types de conseils.

地下鉄の駅からも徒歩圏で簡単に見つかりました。
値段が安くて少し不安でしたが、値段の割にはきっちりしたホテルだと思います。目抜通りの角あたりなのでやや騒音が激しいですがエジプトの喧騒だと思えば苦になりません。夜中はウソのように静まりかえりました。簡単な朝食もついていました。

Quite a ways from airport.. no hot water. Very noisy from street..

I definitely RECOMMEND to anyone -The receptionist were great.. They were friendly and the place was clean and cosy.The location is in centre and close to everything in Downtown. Anything you need they will help

Great place. I had to choose this place as a kind of a last minute decision because the hotel I initially wanted to choose had raised its price to something I could not afford. From the minute I checked in all of the staff was great to me and treated me like family. They always claimed it was "Egyptian hospitality" but I feel like they are deep down just genuine people.

Ambiance chaleureuse de cette petite pension gérée en famille. Les photos des sites embellissent un peu la réalité mais l'endroit est agréable, très propre et bien situe.
Excellent restaurant de poissons juste en face, cafés et restaurants de toute sorte a deux pas, de l'autre cote de l'avenue du 26 Juillet.

ネット予約の際には、そう書いてありますが騙されてはいけません。結局、来てほしい時間に来てくれず、100ポンド自腹で払っていくことになりました。翌朝の空港まで移動も、別料金にされました。はっきりいって、大損です！
