mas servicio, no me guardaron la reserva

llegue al hotel y no tenia la reserva, me dejaron en Bogota a las 10 noche sin hotel
muy mal hecho
no me avisaron, no me llamaron ni me enviaron correo, solo no estaba la reserva
se justificaron con argumentos falaces muy mal hecho

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado, desde las áreas comunes hasta la habitación. El ambiente era tranquilo y acogedor, perfecto para descansar. El personal fue siempre amable y eficiente, ofreciendo un servicio atento y profesional. La ubicación es muy conveniente y facilita moverse por la zona.
