A very pleasant experience.
Pros:

We were looking for a place with character, and we found one. The hotel is located in an area with a very local atmosphere, just a five-minute walk from a metro station and close to several restaurants with terraces that filled up with locals in the evenings.

Cons:

Really, the only complaint concerns the staircase, which is very steep—typical for the area.

Was very good but few facilities were lacking
Pros:

My experience was really good, they should provide iron in the room which is a very basic facility or atleast on shared communal area, shampoo and toothpaste are very basic things they should provide, breakfast was basic but very good. Staff was excellent

É uma boa acomodação, atendimento muito bom das pessoas. A localização é muito boa e tudo muito calmo e limpo.

Perfecto. Repetiríamos.
Pros:

Planeamos un viaje de última hora y vimos este hotel. Quedamos encantados con la ubicación y el servicio.

Cons:

Por señalar algo en contra, si tienes poca movilidad hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso a los pisos de arriba es a través de escaleras tradicionales holandesas, y puede ser más dificultoso.

Pros:

All the staff were lovely with us, even with my friend who doesn't speak English very well.
There were friendly and helpful all the time.
The hotel is a good location, we could do everything walking. And the are around the hotel has everything. Stores, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
The girls were amazing. Storm and Zoe. 🥰

Cons:

It isn't a problem for me, but I would warn about the stairs, mostly if you stay in 4th like us. It is loads of stairs.
So I don't recommend if you have any difficulty with this.
Or you are planning to bring loads of bags.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel familial et très bien placé
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, petit-déjeuner végétarien très bon et complet, ambiance familiale, chambre propre et jolie bien que petite. Très bon emplacement (métro, trams à proximité)

Cons:

Escaliers raides, cependant le personnel très gentil a monté nos valises pour nous. Le sèche-cheveux n'était pas en très bon état

Pros:

La ubicación es genial. El barrio es estupendo, hay de todo alrededor yel ambiente es genial. Muy cerca del metro y en 10' estás en el centro. Todo el personal es increiblemente agradable.

Cons:

Hubiese agradecido que no me alojaran en la cuarta planta viajando con una niña pequeña ya que las escaleras son horribles para subir y bajar. La habitación era bastante pequeña. El desayuno muy justito.

I loved the homey feel as you walk into the place. People are congregating doing their thing. The breakfast is good. The Staff is really helpful and go out of their way to be helpful. One advised me to go to the subway ahead of time to get the feel for the place when I leave early in the morning, another shared pics and info on canal swimming. I also loved the rooms named after artists informing how the room was decorated. Quiet enough while surrounded by restaurants, a great gelato spot and a park nearby. It was a great way to start the day especially coming from nyc! ty
