Pros:

Siisti, hijattain remontoitu ja rauhallinen huone. Kuohuvan kosken pauhu oli hyvää unilääkettä.
Ravintolaan pääsi kulkemaan sisäkautta maanalaisen kulvertin kautta. Keskustaan pääsee lähinnä omalla autolla, mutta ilmaista pysäköintitilaa on runsaasti.

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli ensimmäisenä aamuna puutteita. Käsitykseni mukaan johtui henkilöstövajauksesta. Toisena aamuna kaikkea löytyi. Hintaansa nähden valikoima oli aivan ok.

Para empezar, se publicitan como Pet-friendly y así aparece en los buscadores y filtros de Booking. Una vez reservas, te mandan un mensaje pidiéndote que avises si vas con mascota. Cuál es mi sorpresa al, después de avisar de ello, recibir un mensaje del hotel indicando que no tienen habitaciones para mascotas disponibles y que no podemos ir (todo esto el mismo día en el que comienza el alojamiento). Al ponerme con contacto con Booking, parece que se soluciona el asunto, el hotel "accede" a alojarnos con un sobrecargo de 280 SEK por el perro. Al llegar nos facilitan la llave de la habitación, la cual se encuentra en un edificio apartado del edificio principal. La descripción de la habitación no sé ni cómo empezarla. Yo había reservado habitación Doble Superior, lo que me encuentro es una habitación con dos camas individuales cada una en una esquina de la habitación, sin aire acondicionado, calefacción o ventilación. Colchones de muelles antiguos al que les han puesto un sobrecama para que al menos no te los claves mientras te tumbas. Un baño en el que la ducha es a toques (como en los baños públicos que pulsas una vez, se apaga solo y tienes que volver a pulsar para que salga agua). Y, por supuesto, ni sombra de los albornoces y zapatillas que te ponen en las imágenes cuando reservas. Una habitación que no recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. La piscina "climatizada" templada tirando a fría y la sauna separada por sexos por lo que si voy con mi pareja no podemos relajarnos juntos. El desayuno un bufé de una isla enana con, literalmente, 6 cosas y en un lateral algo de pan.
Decepcionante a todos los niveles. Y caro. Me siento estafada y ninguneada. No debería tener ni una estrella este hotel.
