For my purposes, the hotel is fantastic—friendly staff, affordable accommodation.
Pros:

I chose this location because my friends live nearby. Therefore, my satisfaction with the location is excellent; however, the hotel may not be conveniently located near tourist attractions for other visitors.

“I have been staying at Hotel Kiwi on Jiuru Road on and off for short weekends for nearly five years. Unfortunately, the hotel has become quite run-down and needs renovation. The corridors would benefit from new carpets, and the room lighting should be improved, as the lack of sufficient lighting has always been an issue for me. Additionally, there is new construction next to the hotel, which can be very noisy—even on Saturday mornings.
