便利
Pros:

立地がよく、タクシーでのアクセスも便利でした。
２Fにフリースペースがあり、そちらにインスタントの軽食やドリンクが用意されていて、ガイドマップなども充実していて便利でした。
記念撮影をしようとスタッフの方に声がけをすると、ポラロイドで撮影してくださり、記念にいただきました。

Cons:

部屋が異常に狭く圧迫感があり、自分たちの荷物が多かったのも問題ですが少し不便に感じました。
以前に利用させていただいたとき（2018年）は受付のスタッフさんがとても親身で近くの観光案内の相談にも乗っていただきました。
今回の滞在時は必要最低限のコミュニケーションでした。スタッフの方々にまったく落ち度はありませんが、前回があまりにも快適で満足だったので、少しさびしく感じました。

Great 2 day trip and felt taken care of.
Pros:

I really liked the vibe of the hotel. It was very cute and very welcoming. Also the free snacks was a huge bonus!

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was very cramped for 2 people with large suitcases. But the bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great.

Great hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, a snack bar that’s free of charge and the location is perfect. The rooms are also nicely decorated. Will stay here again if we go back to Taipei

Cons:

The rooms are very small. No issue is you stay 1-2 night, but for longer stays you won’t be able to unpack

Pros:

店員非常友善、貼心。入住時適逢是端午節前夕，就送我糭子吊飾，十分窩心。智能電視非常好操作，晚上回到房間還可以舒適地窩在床上看一陣子電視，十分享受。

Cons:

和車站有一點點距離，但完全可以接受。

It was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary snacks and cup noodles, and the cozy, comfortable second-floor lounge area, where we could relax and enjoy them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly return.

Absolutely wonderful, youthful, spirited hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful, youthful, spirited hotel in the heart of the city. I was really impressed with the overall vibe, which was so causal and friendly - they have these wonderful puzzle pieces on the wall that guests fill out and the walls are covered in them and it makes it feel so homely and welcoming. The room I had was excellent, especially the spacious bathroom which was the largest bathroom I had on my trip to Asia. Would not hesitate to recommend. The hotel has a far more personable feel that a standard hotel. The location was excellent. Deep in the heart of the city and just 3 or so blocks from the train station

Good stay, not excellent but acceptable.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staffs.

Cons:

The room is carpet floor, no cloth is provided to wipe the feet. I don't feel comfortable after shower. Walking on carpet with wet feet.
Washing machine and dryer are limited. Alot of people lining up to use the machine. The staff will stop the machine earlier than the timer you set and let other customers use it, while your clothes still running in the machine.

Really trendy hotel with good snack bar, excellent customer service and comfortable facilities

Cons:

Bit of a walk from xemen station so bring a pair of trainers, we knew of this so it’s not really a bad thing

We enjoyed our stay. The place is convenient and very comfortable.
Pros:

The location is close to different restaurants to eat, also walking distance to ximending station. The amenities of free use of washing machine and free unlimited snacks was so good. The common areas are spacious.
