Pros:

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were an added bonus and the snack area was much appreciated. The little extras like post cards and puzzle piece that you get when you check in were fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly stood out was their exceptional service even after we checked out. We accidentally left behind a stuffed toy, and their team went above and beyond to arrange its safe return to us.Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care for their guests really made a lasting impression. Highly recommend for first time travellers in Taiwan
Pros:

Location is amazing in Ximendig with everything you might need around. The room and facilities were spotless and having free food and drinks was really great. Also very quiet with comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

The room felt a bit small, especially with our big suitcases but that seems quite normal in most hotels in the area. Don't let it put you off, it's really a great place to stay.

Très bon emplacement (quartier vivant) , chambre jolie et propre. Personnel très gentil.
Beaucoup de commodités fortement appréciées : accès gratuit à leur laverie, accès gratuit et illimité à leurs snacks (cafés, thés, bouteilles d'eau, jus, gâteaux, noodle soup....)
