Noble Homestay

4日間、滞在しました。　毎日、部屋の清掃・タオル交換・飲料水の補給が完璧でした。　シャワールームとトイレが独立しており、トイレには換気扇も！　独立した造りは、タイのゲストハウスでは、初めてでした。　また、利用したいです。

No reception staff - booked on the way there and was printed at reception but no answer on the phone numbers provided. Another guest thankfully gave me a random key to a room so could sleep. Crazy rooster next door didn't bother me but can see others get woken early.

Rooms were a little on the small side, but definitely good value for money. Limited reception service- and 10 minute walk from Chiang Mai city.

pros: room was clean, and somewhat close to the old city\ and airport

cons: staff are never there/will not help you with anything- had to wait an hour to check in and was only able to do so because another guest phoned for someone to show up at reception
place is extremely loud- dogs and roosters make noise all night long
beds are very uncomfortable

The hotel was really nice and Good value for money. Really nice to have separate shower and toilet rooms. TV was big and nicely placed with English channels. Air con was great. Had a kettle and fridge/freezer. Only bad points was the rooster which sounded like it was sitting at the bottom of the bed. He would start very very early morning and be non stop. Also the person running the hotel was never there. Overall great place to stay if you aren't a light sleeper.

Das zimmer ist relativ klein aber fein. Leider hatte es immer einen erdrückenden geschmack im zimmer, der vom klo aus kam. Am morgen in der früh wurde man von einem hahn geweckt, der nicht mehr aufgehört hat lärm zu machen. Das preisleistungsverhältnis war in ordnung, würde aber aufgrund des gestankes nicht länger als 3 nächte dort bleiben! Wir waren insgesamt 4 nächte dort und es wurde kein einziges mal unser bett gemacht oder klopapier aufgefüllt oder frische handtücher gebracht. Als wir dann aber 2 oder 3 mal nachgefragt haben, bekamen wir frische handtücher und ein neue klopapierrolle!

This is our first time to stay at this hotel. We really appricated with the hoel's staff, they're very nice and helpful.
The location of this hotel also nice, we can walk only 5 minutes to Wua Lai walking street, if you rent the car or motorcycle will be 2 minutes to the walking street. The room rate also nice not too high ecen this is the high season.

Wir haben das Noble Homestay gebucht, gerade weil wir dachten, dass es das Noble House 1 an der Grenze zu Old Town ist. Doch dann wurden wir automatisch nach der Zimmerauswahl und Buchung zum Noble Homestay weitergeleitet, da diese eine weitere Unterkunft von Noble ist. Dadurch dass wir Online schon bezahlt haben, haben wir diese Nacht dort verbracht aber am nächsten Tag sofort wieder ausgecheckt und uns etwas -zum selben Preis- im Old Town gesucht. Die Gegend vom Noble Homestay ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich weniger wohl hier..

Nous avons reserver sur internet,l'annonce de l'hotel disait airport shuttle, cest donc pour cela que nous l'avions choisi arriver a l'airport aucune trace du shuttle pendant environ 20min aucune facons d'appeler(touriste pas de telephones). Donc, taxi jusqua l'hotel arriver a l'hotel, il y avait personnes a la reception personne autour de l'hotel. Nous avons donc essayer de trouver quelqu'un dans l'hotel en criant et se promenant partout pendant 30min facilement et par la suite nous avons trouver un locaux avec un cellulaire pour appeler! Finalement la personnes qui soccupait de l'hotel est arriver apres 10min(40min en tout avant de voir quelqu'un) et il avait pas l'air de savoir se qu'il fesait! Donc nous sommes partit et louer un autre hotel! Nous avons pas dormi la sa avait l'air mytheux et tres mal organiser! Si nous n'avions pas reussi a appeler, personne de l'hotel etait present! Tres mauvaise experience et tres inacceptable pour un hotel sur votre site internet!

Habitación demasiado estrecha. Personal no ayuda en nada. Es muy lejos de la ciudad, etc...

我是看到該旅館有機場接送服務我才訂房的,但定完以後,一直無法確認他們是否收到我的來回行程,直到抵步才告知沒有提供,這純屬不誠實營商,提醒各位,不要輕信.

Nos costó encontrarlo. En la recepción tuvimos que esperar hasta que apareció la única persona que parecía hablar inglés. La habitación no tenía apenas mobiliario: no armarios, ni estantes, por lo que apenas desmontamos la maleta dado que no teníamos donde colocar las cosas. La cama estaba algo dura. Como en muchos sitios en Tailandia, la ducha y el lavamanos estaban en el mismo habitaculo, por lo que tras ducharse, acercarse al lavamanos suponía mojarse los pies. Durante nuestra estancia de 4 días, no nos limpiaron la habitación. Minutos después de llegar fui a la recepción a pedir un mapa de la zona que me proporcionaron sin problemas, pero ni ellos mismo supieron decirme dónde estabamos en tal mapa! Fue una experiencia interesante, y aunque no fuese ideal, su bajo precio compensaba. Un lugar ideal para el que no busca grandes lujos, en un ambiente más familiar. El personal, era bastante atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

In the beginning it was a mess because the manager had no information about our reservation. We had to go to another hotel the first night. The service is bad except for susi who is an outstandingly friendly person. She is the only one who made our stay satisfying in the overall.

Room : size normal, they didnt clean the room within the 4 days of our stay.

Location: ok, 1km from the city centre.

Ask for susi. If shes not there dont go. If she is ur stay will be pleasant

3泊予約したが一泊目の予約が取れていなかった。満室だったので同じグループの旧市街に近いNoble Houseに泊まってくれと言われたが、送って行かれたホテルは旧市街に近いホテルではなく空港に近いNoble U houseだった。(同じグループのホテルはたくさんあるらしい。違うホテルということにしばらく気が付かなかったので気づいた時には変更できず。)もともとツインを予約していたのに、そのホテルではダブルしか空いていなかったのでしぶしぶダブルに泊まった。
Noble home stayは部屋でwifiが使えなかった。(ロビーでは問題なく接続可。)空港送迎無料と書いてあったのに、送迎はしていないとの事。ヘアドライヤーの貸し出し無し。最終日、トイレのレバーが壊れて水が流せなかった。
評価できるのは金額のみ。あまりオススメできません。

四泊しました。部屋は広く。バストイレも別で清潔感あります。部屋掃除してくださいを出さないと水の補充もしてもらえなかったのが残念。オーナー以外は英語があまり通じないかな。でも全体的によい雰囲気のホテルでした。

Clean rooms, but towels and sheets were sometimes a bit dirty.
The main staff was really friendly and helpful. Other staff not that helpful. Silent hotel, good for couples.

Resulta un poco complicado encontrar la casa, las habitaciones están bien y la ducha está separada del inodoro lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo despedía un olor bastante desagradable y dependiendo de qué habitación te toque, se escucha un ruido durante la noche bastante molesto. Lo mejor es la mujer que trabaja ahi. Es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que puede.
