Надо иметь ввиду, что завтрак здесь с 7-30, и если вы оплатили номер с завтраком, но поесть не успеваете, никто деньги вам не вернет, с ланч бокс не соберет. Вам дадут на двоих два кофе и три маленьких бриош. За последние год-полтора цены здесь совершенно не соответствуют услугам.

Way overpriced but staff were fantastic.
Pros:

Cleanliness & Staff were exceptional

Cons:

Price, definitely not worth the cost but I think they abuse that because of the locality. There isn't an ok option for "did the property meet my expectations" question.

Pros:

Great location for catching an early morning flight. As always with Moxy, you get a consistent standard—clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Posizione ottima letteralmente a due passi dal T2 di Malpensa con la Navetta perfetto anche per chi parte da T1
La stanza era ampia e con vista sulla strada

Cons:

Cuscino un po’ vuoto (colpa mia che non ho chiesto magari si poteva cambiare).
Avevamo l’aereo di prima mattina il giorno seguente, quindi siamo andati a letto subito dopo cena, ma purtroppo si sentiva la musica provenire (proprio sotto la nostra stanza) dal bar/ristorante della hall che ha suonato fino le 23 circa 😭

It is very hard for me to evaluate this place! You will find my explanation in the dislike field.
From one side the Hotel is very close to the Terminal 1. It is literally across the street and its only 5 minutes’ walk from Terminal 1, where I arrived at midnight.
Pluses: close to Terminal one, modern and convenient, good breakfast.

From one side the Hotel is very close to the Terminal 1. It is literally across the street and its only 5 minutes’ walk from Terminal 1, where I arrived at midnight. I had left only 5 hours to sleep until my next flight and I decided to use this opportunity. However they charged me 170 EUR for these 5 hours and gave me the room facing the backyard where they have extremely noisy logistic center working at night!!! And it was so close, literally about 25-50 meters away with area, where big trucks arriving and leaving every 5 minutes, honking and making extreme noises while uploading and it was impossible to sleep! For me it was a waste of money this time. The noise isolation is very weak in this place and you will hear all of it, the aircrafts, noisy logistic center, etc.
Around 3 am I contacted the reception and told them I cannot sleep in such environment and the men that was working at night offered me to move to another room and that he will contact the manager asking for partial or full refund, but they haven’t done this, neither they gave me any feedback about this.

Severe serious minuses: you will definitely regret of choosing this place if you will get a room facing the backyard.
