My stay was great, I highly recommend this hotel. Very good breakfast, the
location is perfect. Very close to the bus station , for those arriving in Andorra by bus . Close to great restaurants and the centre of Andorra . The staff are very friendly. The room I stayed in is very good, everything is new. The mattress is very good.

We visited Andorra for a short ski trip. Even though the hotel is around 15-20 minute drive from Encamp (where we took the gondola) it was amazing! Especially great is the half-board with the AMAZING 3 course menu. Every evening we were surprised by the great food and the good value for money. The restaurant staff were great and super friendly.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The only thing to mention is that the hotel rooms are a little outdated but very clean!

El baño es excesivamente pequeño, especialmente la ducha. Estaba subido como en un peldaño de la habitacion. Y la habitacion tenia mucho ruido para ser una habitacion con una habitacion de ventana solo a un patio de luces.
Prijs-kwaliteit was het verblijf zeker in orde. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Mijn kamer was langs de straatkant en toch rustig.

Se paga suplemento por mascota 16 euros, es normal, pero lo que hubiera sido un detalle, dejar un pequeño detallito para ellos, es decir un bolsita con 4 golosinas.

Was there anything that was good? The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The staff was friendly, and tried to be accommodating. The location was good. And that’s about it.
I’m giving this hotel 5 stars. Not because it is really terrible, but because some of the rooms are much worse than advertised on the booking website.
I booked a 3-person room, even though we only need one for two people, since it was one of the larger room options still available, and the photos looked great. But, the photos weren’t our room, because they showed a tub, and there’s not one here. They showed a nice window with a view. Nope. They said sofa, soundproof, and a large bathroom counter. Nope, none of those either. If you do manage to get inside the shower, it will be a short one, since the drain barely works and the water gets high pretty fast.
It’s is next to the elevator, a loud clanky thing that runs all night. People get off and talk going down the hallway and it sounds like they’re in your room. The shower (no tub, remember?) is so tiny that you literally cannot turn around in it. it measures about 24 x 24 inches, with the faucet protruding 6 inches into that. I can’t overstate how small it is. You can’t bend over. If you try to, it will shut off the water. And I’m not a big person. if you are, forget it and look elsewhere. This isn’t the hotel for you. I don’t know where the sofa went, but there’s no room for one in this place, and the bathroom counter lost at least a foot from the photo too.
The view? It’s a wall about 3 feet away, inside a tiny shaft. Not much of a window either. After two night we couldn’t take it anymore, so asked the management if anything else was available. They admitted that this was their worst room and put us in a better one for our last night. To their credit, they did make it a better stay, and the final night was great. But the original room should be turned into a storeroom and no longer used as a guest room. It really was torture.

Que no hubiera plazas en el parking del hotel y tener que desplazarme a otro, no se porque no se puede reservar con antelación la plaza de parking
Que la ducha no tuviera una mampara más grande, se salía el agua hacia fuera
