Pros:

中山地下街R2から出ると、昇りのエスカレーターもあるし便利です。
スタッフも日本語が話せる女性の方いましたし、フロント裏にあるミニバーもありがたかったです。

ベランダがあり、景色も良かったです。
雨が降っていたので残念でしたが。

近くにおばあちゃんとお孫さんがやっているサンドイッチ屋さんがあります。

Cons:

バスタブのある部屋に宿泊しましたが、猫足バスタブから溢れた水はうまく排水されませんでした。

夜のスタッフ（男性）は愛想は良くなかったですが、店番なのでしょうから仕方ないかと思います。
