Pros:

離捷運站不遠，離松山機場也只有一個捷運站，附近還有Youbike的點，是外國友人來台旅遊居住時十分便利的地方。

Cons:

外國友人在1F入口附近發現有瓦斯味，已經報給飯店人員知道，飯店人員都沒有很大的反應，似乎習以為常？希望她們會儘快請相關單位來檢修處理。

雖然房間很小，但價格實惠，附近交通方便，生活機能也好，是非常好的住宿選擇。
Pros:

對外交通便利，附近生活機能也好；室內有對外窗，不但可以把陽光引入室內，又有隔音效果，所以感覺蠻好的；冷氣吹起來舒服，也另有除溼機，需要飲用水也可以去公共區域領取瓶裝水，挺方便的。

Cons:

1. 公共洗衣機...
2. 房間正中有一個結構柱，動線上有一點點的不方便，但想到這個價格，我也就不太強求，反正繞一下就好。
