Ocenil bych větší výběr zeleniny ke snídani. Kvalitnější džus. K večeři nebylo nic kromě salátového baru, rajčata se nedala jíst. Byla úplně bez chuti - lepší nenabízet.
Chybělo dotaženi detailů, chybějící mýdlo v sauně, nevyhřátá sauna, nepořádek na terase.

Amazing place and fabulous food
Pros:

We felt like home and had amazing food. Felt like family and really taken care of. They really cared about the quality of our stay, and the food was not only tasty but also really healthy. We would love to go back.

Good Hotel, quiet location only a 8-10min walk to town
Pros:

Quiet location, but close to the main village, good breakfast and staff were great

Cons:

Be good to have a kettle in your room. Sauna didn't start till 4pm

Cons:

Die Sauna (kein Ruheraum, keine Angrenzung zum Textil-Bereich des Pools, zu laut, zu voll), das Frühstück (sehr überschaubares Angebot, immer dasselbe, nicht sonderlich lecker)

Chaotische Organisation, Personal überfordert, Zimmer nicht geputzt, Wellnessbereich stinkt, mangelnde Hygiene, Rechnung nicht möglich, weil Drucker defekt….
Zimmer wurden vorgefunden wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Das Hotel, Wellness, Fitness und das Essen waren sehr gut, die Zimmer waren alt und abgewohnt.
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war spitze. 👍
Tolle Saunalandschaft und 2 Becken zum schwimmen. Auch der Fitnessbereich war neu und modern.🙂
Das Essen (HP) war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren alt, abgewohntes Möbel und die Matratzen von dem Bett waren viel zu weich.
Das Badezimmer war alt und die Amaturen wacklig...

Vidunderligt ophold i dejlige omgivelser

Virkelig dejlig udsigt mod bjergene fra vores terrasse og fra restauranten. Stille atosfære på hotellet trods mange gæster. Behageligt personale og hotelværten Hr Thaler selv.

Frühstück war alles vorhanden und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer schön groß. Abendessen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider wurden zum Sommer 2025 die Bedingungen für die Wildschönau Card geändert. Sodass die Bergbahnen im Sommer nicht mehr nutzbar waren. Hätte man vielleicht vorher mitteilen können. Waren bei Buchung noch drin. Wer Wert darauf legt, bitte beachten...Wildschönau Premium Card ist alles noch dabei.
