Un hôtel qui allie confort, décoration magnifique, professionnalisme et gentillesse.
Pros:

Tout était parfait : accueil très agréable, tout le monde est très gentil et très souriant. La décoration est soignée, avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels. La literie est très confortable, propreté irréprochable. La piscine et le sauna sont dignes des plus grands hôtels, espace relaxant, avec tisane à volonté, musique douce, très jolie décoration. Le goûter l'après-midi est délicieux et chaque jour différent.
Nous reviendrons avec joie. Un grand merci pour ces vacances de rêve !

Amazing hotel even offering free Summer Premium Card!
Pros:

It’s impossible to mention just one thing — everything about this stay was simply perfect! A big plus was the afternoon snack including homemade cakes and that the hotel offers a FREE Summer Premium Card, including lift access!
Honestly, the perfect mountain getaway.

Pros:

Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das Personal war herzlich, aufmerksam und immer einen Schritt voraus. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Komme definitiv wieder – klare Empfehlung!

Ein sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel. Ein sehr schönes mit Liebe gemachtes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr beeindruckend und macht Spaß zu benutzen.

We loved everything. This hotel is one of the finest we have been in. Look no further! This is an example of how hotels should be run. Friendly staff, comfy beds. The bed sheets, towels and soaps, everything is of top quality. Great breakfast. Thank you for giving us the best experience.

Καθαρό και καλόγουστο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλή και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. Παροχές πραγματικές, εξαιρετικό πρωινό καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Μόνο μέτριο χαρακτηριστικό που εντόπισα ο περιορισμένος χώρος για να περάσεις λίγο χρόνο το βράδυ καθώς κλείνει νωρίς το μικρό μπαράκι που έχει.

Sehr schönes , heimeliges Hotel, wunderbar kombiniert, mit alt erhaltenem und trotzdem modernem Ambiente , gemütliche Zimmer, super schöne Frühstücksräume, Empfang und Bar einladend, man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen.
Der Wellnessbereich auch unglaublich schön, bequeme Betten, das Angebot der Einrichtungen einfach nur Topp, für die Grösse des Hotels.
Sehr leckeres Frühstück jeden Tag, super Buffet.
Aber das absolut schönste am ganzen Hotel, ist die Familie Penz, mit dem ganzen Team, weil man sich jeden Tag willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt hat.
Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

Harika bir ev sahiplği, muhteşem kahvaltı, ev yapımı reçeller efsane idi.
Odalar geniş ve rahat.
Yeri çok merkezi her yere yakın.
Kayaklarınız için hemen teleferiğe cok yakın bir mağaza ile anlaşma yapılmıs ilk gün oraya bırakıyorsunuz bu çok büyük kolaylık.
