Muy buena atención, aunque el hotel ya tiene varios años se nota que tratan de mantenerlo.

Solicite el servicio de mantenimiento para arreglo del blackout y nunca fue. Tuve que arreglarlo
La ubicación es perfecta cuando tienes que moverte en el centro de la ciudad, y hacia otras zonas dentro de la periferia.
El desayuno es muy regular y la actitud de los empleados también. No es atenta o acogedora.
Las instalaciones son bonitas pero deberían pintar las paredes y puertas sucias.
No parece que el hotel educa a sus huéspedes a respetar normas simples, como no hacer ruido después de las 10 de la noche. En el pasillo del piso donde yo me quedé, había unos huéspedes que hacían demasiado ruido hasta tarde, corrían por los pasillos constantemente, hablaban con groserías y en voz alta. Muy mala experiencia.
Yo había reservado dos noches y debido a lo anterior pedí que por favor me permitieran hacer el check Out y quedarme solo una noche, pero no había la opción con devolución por la segunda noche. El hotel debería tener la práctica de cobrar a la salida o permitir cambios a la reserva cuando el cliente no está satisfecho.

Nice pool and dry sauna. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Italian restaurant was very good. Sushi was excellent.
