Naprosto skvělá a příjemná obsluha. Moc často necestujeme, ale sem se určitě zase rádi podíváme. Posezeni v restauraci příjemné a výhled na golfové hřiště parádní.
Bohužel mám velmi negativní zkušenost. Hned na začátku pobytu jsem si při zavírání dveří do koupelny vážně poranil prst, protože na dveřích nebyla žádná brzda. Úraz byl natolik nepříjemný, že mi slezl nehet a silně krvácelo. Personál recepce mě v první chvíli prakticky ignoroval – dostal jsem pouze lékárničku a musel jsem si první pomoc poskytnout sám, což bylo jednou rukou velmi obtížné.
Celý pobyt jsem si přál využít hlavně k tomu, abych si zahrál golf – to byl hlavní důvod, proč jsem si tento hotel vybral. Kvůli zranění jsem však hrát nemohl a tím byl pro mě týdenní pobyt zcela znehodnocen.
Vedení hotelu, když se o situaci dozvědělo, reagovalo pouze stručným „je nám líto“ bez jakékoli nabídky kompenzace nebo jiné snahy problém napravit.
Od hotelu této kategorie bych očekával nejen lepší prevenci (např. bezpečnostní brzdy na dveřích), ale i profesionálnější a vstřícnější přístup k hostům v případě zdravotních komplikací.

Wspaniały, piękny obiekt. Wokół wszystko zadbane. Na uboczu miasta. Piękna zieleń, można poobserwować fanów gry w golfa. Pokoje komfortowe, duże łóżko i wygodny materac. Pachnąca pościel oraz 2 rodzaje ręczników. Bialutkie i świeżutkie wszystko. Wszędzie czysto.
A posiłki istny raj dla podniebienia. Tiramisu majstersztyk, polędwica w przepysznym sosie z bułą żurawina i bitą śmietaną to rozkosz dla podniebienia.
Śniadanko pyszne, chleb swojego wypieku, pachnący i miekki. Jajecznica bardzo dobra, fasolka na boczku rarytas. Wszystko mega !!
Obsluga bardzo uprzejmą, uśmiechnięta. Uwielbiam ten obiekt i bardzo polecam ❤️

It was perfect in every way
I didn't like the breakfast. I wanted to sit at a set table but the waiter asked me to sit somewhere else. The choice was very limited. I basically had to ask for everything - coffee, bread. The guests (Americans) next to me had a set table, juices and water... I was definitely treated worse
the smel for the kitchen came into the room a bit....
