Grand hôtel dans un quartier sécurisé...mais quelques points à revoir pour un 5*
Pros:

Grandes chambres confortables, bonne literie et bien équipées.
Superbe piscine extérieure (non chauffée : l'eau était à± 23° fin mars)
Grands espaces (bar, lobby, restaurant, terrasse extérieure...).
Vaste parking sur un site sécurisé.
Super petit déjeuner LE DIMANCHE ; les autres jours, le buffet est réduit de moitié.
Personnel sympathique et professionnel.

Cons:

Pénible de devoir montrer son passeport et subir une fouille du coffre de voiture à chaque entrée et sortie du "quartier".
Pour un 5*, dommage que les chambres n'aient pas un petit balcon ou la possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres.
Un seul restaurant ouvert en semaine dont les portions sont "chiches" pour le prix. Clim très forte dans le resto, obligeant certains clients à changer de table tant ils avaient le souffle froid des clims du plafond sur le dos.
Gros bémol pour l'espace SPA qui mérite un sérieux renouvellement : piscine intérieure avec joints de carrelages noircis, rouille sur les châssis, petit jacuzzi obsolète qui ne bulle presque plus, sauna à température insuffisante...
Détail important : demandez la facture la veille de quitter afin de pouvoir la vérifier car elle n'est envoyée par email qu'après le check-out. Nous avons été sur-facturés par rapport au tarif réservé sur Booking et il a fallu batailler durant presque 3 semaines après notre retour pour que l'hôtel daigne reconnaître son erreur et rembourse une bonne partie du trop-perçu.
