Good location and quiet

Cons:

The very steep stairs to the 4th floor, knew it was 4th floor when we booked, did not realise how steep and narrow they were. Bathroom smelt of damp, could not clear the smell.

No hay ascensor, por suerte estábamos en 1 er piso.

Stanza microscopica a malapena si cammina attorno al letto, differente dalle foto che avevo visto. Il bagno anche se pulito puzza di fogna, impianto di aerazione forzata che fa rumore di notte

Pros:

Location is convenient in a way, that it is close to the central station. The staff is friendly and helpful.
They gave me ear plugs. Also there are towels, shampoo and a hair drier in the room. It was warm.

Cons:

It is very noisy, though, and I know, that next time I will choose more quiet area. My room was in another building, not the one, that is on the address, with the karaoke in front, wich was closing at 2am, so I knew, I will not be able to sleep until this time. But earplugs were really helpful after 2am, since the street is busy during the night.
The room and the whole building was dirty. I was sure, that my pillow case wasn't fresh. I hanged a note to clean up the room, but nothing was changed or cleaned, just folded. So I had to cover a pillow case with the bed sheet. It was disgusting.
I understand that the city is not very cheap and central places have bad quality for a big price you pay, but I don't think it cost much for them to clean a little bit more and make it pleasant for visitors.
The other really bad thing was, that I couldn't open a window. There was no possibility to get fresh air. It was coming only through ventilation pipe in the toilet, so I slept with the toilet door opened.
-Did I survive?
Yes, two nights as a solo traveller you can handle it.
-Do I recommend it?
Definetely no. I recommend to find more quiet area, even it is a bit further from the center. It will be cheaper, cleaner and more calm.
