Fica muito perto do centro, da pra fazer tudo a pen

Um pouco pequena o quarto e ficava virado pra rua, achei que o barulho atrapalharia, mas não entrava barulho e foi tranquilo pra dormir, a cidade possui muitas drogas e o cheiro de entorpecentes exala em toda a cidade, fui com meu filho e não recomendo, bares eróticos estão por todo canto e não tem como proteger crianças de não sentir e exalar droga, não imaginei que fosse tão descontrolado como foi, a comida na cidade tbm é muito cara, nível equiparado a Suíça,

Had a wonderful stay at Old Nickel Hotel, Amsterdam! Very happy with the experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it super convenient to explore Amsterdam. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. A big plus was the free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out for guests, which made traveling much easier.

They also have a clean common washroom available before/after check-in, which was very helpful after long travel hours. A special thanks to the team for kindly upgrading us to a bigger room on the first floor since we had a lot of luggage — such a thoughtful gesture!

Friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in, great hospitality, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay in Amsterdam. Thanks, guys!

Nuit de l’enfer, insécurité et pas de service client.

Lors de ma dernière nuit, un homme est entré dans ma chambre vers 1h du matin alors que je dormais profondément. Sa carte a ouvert la porte de ma chambre, ce qui a provoqué une situation extrêmement choquante et dangereuse. J’ai eu très peur et ai crié, heureusement il est ressorti sans me faire de mal, mais cela aurait pu très mal tourner.

Voyageant seule, la sécurité est pour moi primordiale, et une telle erreur est inacceptable : une carte ne devrait jamais permettre l’accès à une chambre occupée.

J’ai signalé l’incident à l’hôtel, qui s’est excusé mais sans proposer de dédommagement. J’ai également contacté le service client Booking, sans réponse concrète à ce jour, près d’un mois plus tard.

Je demande un remboursement de cette nuit, ou au minimum une compensation, car cette situation a été extrêmement traumatisante et aurait pu avoir des conséquences graves.
