The ultimate Cartagena experience: stunning views, elite service, and the city’s best breakfast
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is totally excellent. The property itself is stunning and exceptionally clean—I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful the design and atmosphere are.
The staff is incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their attitude is amazing; their first response to any request is always, "Yes, we can help you with that." It makes you feel truly looked after.
A very special mention goes to the on-site restaurant, El Gobernador. After spending 15 days in Cartagena trying brunch and breakfast spots all over the city, I can confidently say that the best breakfast is right here in the hotel. It is worth staying here just for the breakfast alone!
Another highlight is the rooftop terrace. It is exquisite, offering an incredibly beautiful view of the Old City and Cartagena. There is also a great bar up there to enjoy the scenery with a drink.
I have no doubt that this is the best place for a relaxing and pleasurable stay. Do not hesitate to book it!

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce
Pros:

Pokoje bardzo przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Fantastyczne śniadanie. Duża przestrzeń na tarasie i bardzo przyjemny basen. Obsługa przechowała nam bagaż kilka dni po check oucie co było miłe.

Cons:

Dystrybutor do pitnej wody i zestaw do herbaty w pokoju byłyby dobrym pomysłem.

El Hotel es muy bonito, tiene una ubicación excepcional, el desayuno es fabuloso y y el sector de la piscina de la azotea muy cómodo y bonito. Tuvimos la suerte de ser atendidos en el desayuno por Gina, una señora muy preocupada y amable que nos enseñaba recetas colombianas todas las mañanas. Un agrado de persona!

Cons:

En general, la experiencia fue bastante buena, pero efectivamente hay espacio de mejora posibles. Una de ellas respecto a las instalaciones del gimnasio que es bastante pequeño y no muy cómodo. La atención en el bar de la piscina tampoco es muy eficiente. Excesivamente lento aún cuando no había casi nadie comiendo el día que nos tocó pedir almuerzo ahí. Esperamos más de una hora por platos muy simples y rápidos.

El estándar de Servicio es algo disparejo. Si bien la las personas son amables, no hubo una gestión muy rápida de los requerimientos que hicimos. Pedimos ayuda con la organización de un Tour y quedamos a la espera de una respuesta que nunca llegó. Tuvimos que volverla a plantear el requerimiento para que se nos diera respuesta. Por otro lado, el aseo de la habitación no era del todo impecable y todos los días (estuvimos 4) faltaba algún tipo de insumo (reposición de toallas, cápsulas de café, papel higiénico…) por lo que tuvimos que estar llamando permanentemente a recepción para solicitar la reposición.
