This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic area. The staff was very attentive and friendly and although I didn't use the services much, I could still see the professionalism.
The check in process wasn't as fast as I expected. There was only one person checking everyone in and while they were doing a good job, a lot of the folks who stay at hotels like this can be quite demanding with disregard for others. It would be nice to have another person checking others in as well in cases like this.

Everything was great: check-in process with cold towels and welcome drinks, beautiful rooftop with pool, excellent breakfast, and a clean and spacious room.

It’s the perfect location in Cartagena’s best walkable neighbourhood. The roof top swimming pool is very nice, the dinner room as well. Breakfast is the best that we had in 3 weeks everywhere in Colombia, they have a big buffet + you can order other things.
The room was smelling a bit damp and hair conditioning was efficient but very loud.
