Pros:

The location is fantastic with expectational views. I love the old style guest house, well maintained but not modernized. The checking staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious for our evening meal and nobody had any complaints. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Overall we truly enjoyed out stay here.

Cons:

We had large suitcases and there was a flight of stairs to our room. This would be ok when you are travelling light but we had large suitcase. The staff did say they would provide assistance which was great.

Outstanding service & comfort at a historic hotel within walking distance of the Giants Causeway
Pros:

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Even when the restaurant/bar was really busy due to the poor weather outside, the service levels remained high. A great place to spend time come rain or shine. The proximity to the Giants Causeway is of course a major selling point too.

Excellent location for Giants Causeway. Lovely room and staff. Just needs a better evening menu.

Excellent room recently refurbished with good tea/coffee supplies.

Short but sweet.
Pros:

The staff where amazing, particularly Monique who was so friendly and accomodating. The staff where also really helpful sorting out our booking when I hurt my foot and we had to leave early.

Cons:

If we had been there for a full week I think we would of found the menu a little light on choices. However, the team where really helpful finding me option I could eat with intollerances.

The carpet was wet- a burst pipe? The bath mat was moldy and the carpet needed vacuuming.
Pros:

The property is obviously close to Giant’s Causeway.

Cons:

The property is old, and desperately needs a refresh. The decor and facilities are very dated, faded, and crumbling. Our room had multiple problems and we wound up getting a refund. Although the location is good, I do not recommend- there are multiple other local options.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the proximity to the Giant's Causeway was a lovely bonus. The hotel itself was traditionally styled which was nice. The views from our room were beautiful and the room configuration for our family was brilliant.

Cons:

The room and ensuite were a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

Needs a renovation definitely. Carpet should be changed due to the old smelly fabric.

Staff were lovely, polite and helpful . Bed comfortable , breakfast was good.

Cons:

Patio windows in our bedroom were very dirty. Hotel is very tired and scuffed . Cleaning materials sitting on table middle of dinning room during breakfast is not a good look .
