Had a wonderful stay in a family room with my two children. We will most definitely return.
Pros:

Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Staff helpful and polite. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Mattresses on both beds were not comfortable. A mattress topper would help.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff and relaxing after a day of travel.

Cons:

The mattress seemed old and was the least comfortable of our 3weeks In Ireland. Not a major deal but worth noting.

Lovely location, breakfast was ok
Pros:

Location, views, cleanness and access to causeway walks were all excellent!

Cons:

Full Irish breakfast was tasty and presented well but what any cafe would call a small or half fry. 1 sausage, bacon, soda bread and potato breads were 1/2 sized, few mushrooms, 1/2 tomato.

Nice getaway close to the Giants Causeway
Pros:

Historic and great setting. Quiet and cosy bar/restaurant. Amazing breakfast and great views. Bedrooms modernised, excellent power shower. Free access to the Giants Causeway and free parking with our stay.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, could feel springs in mattress. It needs a topper.

Breakfast is exceptional. Dinner is exceptional. You can enjoy sea view if you book the sea view rooms.
Pros:

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Great location. Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

The rooms need to be remodeled. There is paint peeling in the rooms. Wall paper peeling. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. For the amount of money we paid I would expect the facilities to be nicer. We had to carry our own bags up a flight of steps.

Really nice hotel with lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Room was very good, poor view, clean and warm. Food was good, service was excellent at breakfast. Music was really good in the bar. Staff were really nice.

Cons:

Really disappointed with tv reception on screen picture kept breaking up, had to turn it off in the end. Fire alarm went off at 3.30 am but it was silenced after about 10 seconds. Not the hotels fault probably.
