Nos quedó a deber
Pros:

Sin duda la atención del personal, el servicio en ese sentido es muy bueno. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general están limpios, pero hay detalles.

Cons:

El hotel es algo viejo y se ve que no tiene tanto mantenimiento, al grado que se fue la luz el día de nuestro check-out y no había agua en la habitación para un baño antes de dejarla, al parecer el suministro de agua depende de alguna bomba que al no haber luz no se activó y por supuesto no hay planta de luz. Para el precio esperaba un poquito mejores instalaciones y calidad en general. Otro aspecto que no nos gustó es que al parecer quisieron hacer un tipo de tina en la ducha, pero para ello queda muy pequeña y encerrada, con un escalón para entrar a la ducha demasiado grande (fácilmente se puede uno resbalar y caer) y constantemente había que mover el mecanismo del agua que se supone llenaría la "Tina" para que funcionara como ducha. Finalmente, el servicio de cajas de seguridad no está en la habitación, sino en la recepción.

Vale el precio, una gran opción.
Pros:

Excelente calidad-precio. La habitación es muy cómoda. La comida del restaurante tiene buen sazón, muy rápido servicio y buenas porciones. El personal es muy amable. Lo recomendaría 100%

Cons:

El elevador del edificio principal solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas y es muy lento. La regadera de la habitación no tiene mucha presión. El servicio de toallas en la alberca no está señalado con claridad. Algunos enchufes de la habitación no funcionaban.

La ubicación, que hay acceso a la playa , la alberca muy limpia , la habitacion excelente, el baño muy bien,

Cons:

Que no cuentan con estacionamiento propio , pero te hubican enfrente en un estacionamiento privado con costo por dia , el restaurante tabasco , muy caro para la calidad de la comida

La atención de la mayoría del personal, son muy amables, especialmente la Señorita de la recepción y el joven que da las toallas y pone las sombrillas y sillas en la Playa. Mis felicitaciones para ellos.

Cons:

Hace 25 años lo visitamos y tenía un frigorífico para tener el agua fría y también me tocó una habitación con el Restaurant Jaguar abajo, hacen bastante ruido.
