The address is not correct. It should be 461 Tian Run Road. On google maps, please search for Landtea Foam Green Tea Tianrun Road Shop. It is 15 mins walk from the nearest metro. Apart from the misleading address, the breakfast is just ok. But the location is quite good.

The theme of the hotel is nice but some of the rooms need repair. The first room they put me had a bad ac unit, mold and the wallpaper was falling off. The second room was a lot better with a working ac and the smell of cigarettes and mold was less noticeable.

Address given and map shown is not the actual address for this hotel. PLEASE change this ASAP. It is actually at 461 Tian Run Road. The address on the map shown is VERY MISLEADING. It is nowhere near Shipaiqiao station.

The James Joyce hotel is a little hard to find at first, but you will get there. The decor in the lobby/eating area is to be noted, and the rooms have undergone some renovations. My room has some water damage, and my friends room was missing the toilette room door, but all in all it was a pleasant stag. Good breakfast, good coffee (although you may have to pressure them a little to make it).

多少古くて清潔感が無い部分もあるがカフェのようなおしゃれなホテル。
バスタブが無いのが残念。
複数人数で宿泊したが、虫になやまされていたり、エアコンが壊れていたり、入室用のカードキーが毎日飛ぶ人がいた。
幸い自分には何も起こらなかったが、日本のホテルとは雲泥の差。
今回中国は初めてだったので、逆にいいほうなのかもしれない。

巳提早在Hotels.com全付費預訂，亦電郵回覆成功確認，到入住日晚上十一時多check in ，前台告知沒有收到任何預定訊息，擾攘1個小時，花費了長途電話費，旅行社居然說可幫我即時退房再幫我訂其他酒店，半夜三更仲那裡找的士去？真氣人，到最後要我自己先付房費才能入說入住，Hotels.com負責人回覆說待退房天有人上班才退回房費給我，這麼大的訂房公司，居然這様出錯和這樣的沒交帶，試問怎能給顧客信心呢？還有在第二天再訂另一間酒店入住，入住時問題又來了，這次更離曬大譜..............請Hotels.com負責人給我一個合理解釋和交代

Room looked different from the photos, no window despite booking a room with a window. Breakfast was miserable and they were out of food half an hour before it was scheduled to be over. Staff were unprofessionally dressed and didn't seem familiar wkth their jobs at all. Very slow check in. Location is okay but far away from the metro.

One of my worst experience staying in this hotel. Although the address is correct, the location in the map view was totally wrong. It is shown as next to the MRT station. It's actual location is in a remote residential area more than 500m from any MRT station.
I had booked and pre-paid for a bigger, non-smoking room with a king sized bed and window. When I checked in, I was told my room will not be ready until after 6pm. I didn't mind the wait so I went out to do some shopping. When I came back, I was shocked that the room I was given was a small room without windows that smelt of smoke and definitely not a King size bed. When I told the office manager this was not the room I booked, he just passed it off saying that this is the only type of room they have. And that this is what I booked. I would not have minded if the office manager had been honest and explained that they are over booked and does not have the type of room that I booked available. I cannot tolerate the lies and dishonesty of the office manager trying to pass off their smallest room as the room-type that I booked and paid more for. In the room description, there was also supposed to have a refrigerator in all the rooms. This was also not there.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone as it seems all the information listed on Expedia is false. Location is false, room description is false, And the non-smoking room smelt terribly.
The only thing I like about the hotel is the old rustic theme.

此酒店网上房间说明是“可观赏城市景观”但实际入住时候会告诉顾客，预定的是无窗房，且因为是预付订单无法更改，无法退款，所以如果需要有窗的房间必须额外补差价“升级”。对于网上的不正确描述他们概不负责，只能自行联系HOTELS.COM解决。这是一个赤裸裸的骗局，这是一家黑店。而且卫生环境不好，房间照片是实际有巨大差异，服务员态度恶劣，管理混乱，经过HOTELS.COM的多次沟通反复确认，即使我们愿意“付费升级”仍然没有解决问题，而且酒店前台和管理层互相推诿，都说不清楚情况，简直是难以想象，是我住过的最差酒店，没有之一。

无比恶心的酒店，环境不好，卫生不合格非常脏。预定的房间标明“可欣赏城市景观”但是实际上前台告诉我，我预定的房间没有窗户！没有窗户！没有窗户！ 由于是预付款，无论我们入住与否，都不能退款！同时我们被告知，如果要“升级”到有窗户的房间，必须加钱！这是赤裸裸的欺骗！如果不满意，请我们联系订房的网站，酒店完全不负责！hotels.com收到我们的投诉，但是最终酒店也不让我们住进有窗户的房间，hotels.com的工作人员请我们付费“升级”，然后把发票交回hotels.com报销，我们只能这样做，并再三与酒店和 hotels.com落实“升级”的事，不过，连续两天，我们都没有“升级”成功，理由分别是“满房”和我们回到酒店的时间太晚了！而我们分明已经再三确定了更换房间，居然还是“不能换”！要走可以，不退钱，爱住不住！气死你，反正酒店就是不管，不知道，没有人负责，有事找hotels.com

Great hotel, area was a bit away from foreign area but we enjoyed walking around the ;oacl area and little restaurants

The room facilities was broken, but still let you live in this room, and don't change the room for you.

Helpful & friendly staffs. Nice coffee. Near school.
Expedia, please change the address on your website.
We had difficulty finding 146-150 Tianyang Road. Not even Taxi Drivers have heard about this addrest nor the hotel name. We spent more than 45 minute finding it. Paid extra Taxi Fare of RMB80.
Correct address is 461 Tianrun Road.

I had problems finding the hotel since the address listed here is incorrect. The hotel is amazing, with comfortable bed, pillows from heaven, a beautiful lobby, great coffee, friendly staff and a nice location.

便宜但不便利，位置不易找到。。。床褥容易入睡。。。有特色的一間酒店，住宿一晚不錯，長住就不要了。。。總的來說，還可以
