No recomiendo y no volveré.
Pros:

Es bastante limpio, y debido a que no cumplieron con lo que se había acordado por la plataforma, me cambiaron la habitación por una mejor.

Cons:

El hotel no cumplía con lo acordado en la reserva por Booking. Se reservó con aire acondicionado, y al llegar al hotel me dieron una habítación que no tenía aire. Cuando reclamé, me dijeron que iban a consultarlo con "mantenimiento", pero sucede que el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, esa fue la primera decepción. Al menos me cambiaron a una habitación mejor, porque las fotos de la reserva también confunden un poco. El desayuno del hotel era muy pobre, y no te permitían servirte todas las opciones, te dan a elegir entre servirte una cosa u otra. El personal del servicio, salvo algunas excepciones, no atienden muy bien, tuve varias "caras feas" en recepción y me dejaron hablando solo más de una vez (salvo un chico que es fantástico: Gio...). Consutlé sobre la caída de servicio de internet y me dejaron hablando solo, las señoras de la limpieza gopeaban en la habitación y sin dar tiempo a contestar abrían y entraban, en el desayuno no hay cosas básicas como sustituto de azúzar para diabéticos (mi caso). En el restaurante solo pude comer una vez y la verdad, no está bueno y la oferta es báscia, más aún la cafetería. Siempre me preguntaban si estaba en algún grupo, y cuando les decía que no, que estaba alojado solo, cambiaban el trato. Hasta me recomendaron ir a comer a otro lugar. Las personas son impertinentes en el trato, los asensores superpoblados y no acostumbran a pedir permiso ni disculparse. Ruido molesto y gritos de personas en los pasillos, durante horas tempranas o muy tarde. Para resumir, lo más decepcionante: restaruante, personal (salvo algunas excepciones como dije) y no cumplieron las condiciones de la reserva. Espero que esto no sea habitual con los turistas que concurrimos del exterior.

Nice small hotel in the city center
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Location near the Agora conference center was ideal.

Cons:

I wouldn't really call this a "boutique" hotel. It was a nice, small hotel, but it did not include the amenities or ambiance that one usually expects at "boutique" hotels

Absolutamente nada! O pior hotel da região

Cons:

Camas sujas e banheiros com vidros que te deixam exposto às pessoas que passam na rua durante o banho.
