Pros:

Loved the comfortable feeling, had no road noise or people coming and going, was on the bottom floor so I think that helped - close to things in Old City but slightly removed so its a chill vibe

Pool attracted mozzies, honeslty loved staying here

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was great. The location was good and there was a great place to eat just down the road. Was not sure about staying in the old city but it was brillant. Would most certainly stay again. The staff were so helpful on reception.

Recorri ao serviço da lavandaria e escolhi opção de lavar e engomar. Claramente só lavaram a roupa e dobraram. Paguei por um serviço que não tive.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentrale Lage, zum Markt ca 5min.
Das beste am Aufenthalt war jedoch das Personal, welches immer äussert freundlich und zuvormommend war ! Völlig unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich !

Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Chiang Mai

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozytel. It has a very good location to reach everything by foot in the old town. The staff were really friendly and even let us check in early when we arrived 2 hours before official check in time. The rooms were also really nice and clean.

Todo bien!
Pros:

El hotel es sencillo, por si precio cumple bien con las expectativas. Esta ubicado en el casco historico asi que muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Al ingresar a la habitación nos demoraron una hora porque estaban reparando el aire acondicionado y luego cuando estábamos en la habitación el mismo hacia bastante ruido pero funcionaba.
