Cozytel Chiangmai

Quiet area in the heart of Chiang Mai Old City, only 10 mins walk from Chang Phuak Market. Very nice pool and cannot fault the staff for their attention to detail. Room was always kept spotlessly clean.

The location is ideal, the reception team is very helpful and friendly, and the room was beautiful and functional. The pool was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning the room every day and replenishing all amenities daily.

A very good hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, they helped with our luggage and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. We traveled with a baby and the room was spacious for our family with plenty of space and a large comfortable bed. The location is quiet and great for exploring the old town on foot. They also provide free bicycles which are great for getting around town and exploring nearby attractions.
After check-out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage free of charge.
The swimming pool is also clean and large making it a great place to relax. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Vooral voor onze zoon van 7jaar waren ze erg lief en attent.

선데이 마켓과 근처 맛집에 걸어서 갈 수 있으면서도 조용한 곳에 위치해 있어 진짜 편안~하게 잤습니다.
직원들이 정말 친절했고, 시설도 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 청결하며 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

Hôtel très mignon et propre.
Les chambres sont confortables et le lit est grand et agréable.
Le personnel est d'une grande sympathie et fait toujours son maximum pour rendre le séjour agréable et faciliter le quotidien des clients. Les réceptionnistes sont toujours souriantes, accueillantes et donnent volontiers des conseils ou informations utiles pour découvrir Chiang Mai. L’équipe est également très réactive par email et toujours prête à aider avec professionnalisme et gentillesse.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Chiang Mai, proche des temples, cafés et marchés.

Geweldig hotel om in Chiang Mai te verblijven. Wij zijn hier al een paar keer geweest. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. De kamers zijn sfeervol, comfortabel en goed onderhouden. Ook de hygiëne is top! Midden in een drukke wijk, maar doordat het hotel in een rustig achterstraatje ligt, is het heerlijk stil.

Great location and friendly staff, but unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations. We originally booked and paid for 3 nights, however after only 2 hours we decided to check out due to the condition of the property. The swimming pool was not clean, the shower was falling apart, and the room looked very tired and poorly maintained overall.

While the manager agreed to refund 2 out of the 3 nights, we still lost money and had the added stress and extra expense of finding another hotel at short notice. Very disappointing experience considering the photos and expectations when booking.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, making the stay very comfortable.
The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained throughout the stay. The swimming pool and garden area were also very nice and relaxing.
