Angel Hotel

this hotel hard to find, and when I check in, I paid on app.hotel I didn’t pay for it,wasted me for an hour.

No hay duda que se trata de un sitio céntrico y que la persona encargada es amable y trata de ayudar en todo lo posible.
Quizás entendí mal las referencias dadas del hotel pero para mí más bien se trata de un albergue, de un sitio de paso, donde pasas una o dos noches máximo y sigues tu ruta.
Nosotros hemos estado 7 noches y sin poder deshacer la maleta de viaje: no había armario donde poner la ropa.

The location is perfect - basically on Nievsky prospect, restaurant street . Near main railroad station and subway stations .
On the 5 floor of the residential building ( elevator).
Hotel is simple with shared bathroom.
Not a romantic gate away place but perfect for single traveler or family
Highly recommend

Enkelt, billigt och ligger hyfsat centralt

Very clean place. Well located. The staff are very great and helperful.
The management knows everythings.

部屋も清潔ですし、従業員の方の対応も丁寧で、素晴らしいです。
ただ一つの注意点は受付の人は、14:00〜18:00しかホテルにいません。特別に連絡をしておかない限りは、ホテルに入ることも出来ません。
多分、従業員の方が居ないとホテルの場所を見つける事すら困難でしょう。

Un hotel muy lindo, cómodo con una excelente ubicación para que camines llegas muy rápido y fácil a cualquier estación del metro y sitios turísticos.
La dueña del hotel es una personas muy amable y siempre está dispuesta en ayudarte, lo recomiendo mil veces

Worst hotel experience in my life.

Clearly advertised check in is at 2pm - 11:30pm on hotels.com. arrived at 4:30pm and no one was there. Tried calling and no one answered. Went across the street to a bar as it was becoming expensive calling for no answer. Bar tried several times and eventually they picked up. We were told we have to wait until 9pm to check in. Ludicrous. We should have cancelled then but we had already paid and the bar offered to hold our bags.

Came back at 9pm, a young girl arrived at 9:15pm and did not even acknowledge us (walked straight past us). I approached her and asked if this is the hotel and is she the owner which she rudely replied "of course!" I then tried to explain the fact we have been waiting for hours which is yelled at us "I KNOW!" Several times when i was trying to find out why we had to wait for so long (and seeking an apology) she yelled at us "STOP!" And "SHUTUP!" At this point i noticed she was slurring her words and her extreme reactions suggests she had been drinking. I kept seeking an apology and she started yelling at us in Russian! At this point it was 9:40pm and i realised i wasn't going to get anywhere with this emotional girl. I calmed her down, apologised for upsetting her and got our keys. I am a very pragmatic person and my core concern was not being stuck outside in cold.

The rooms are very small and crammed together like packed sardines. More like a room in someones house on "couchsurfing" than a '3 star hotel'.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
Wie üblich, führt mein erster Weg bei Ankunft in einer neuen Stadt zum Hotel. Hinzu kam, dass es regnete und ich einen großen Koffer dabei hatte. Obwohl das Hotel angeblich "durchgehend geöffnet" hat, konnte ich um 9 Uhr morgens niemanden antreffen. Ein Gast ließ mich freundlicherweise herein. Um circa 10 Uhr kam die Besitzerin und ohne jegliche Begrüßung sagte sie folgendes im sehr schlechten English "Wer bist du? Sei nicht so laut oder du kannst direkt wieder gehen. Check in ist erst um 14 Uhr. Dein Koffer kann hier bleiben aber du musst jetzt gehen." Völlig schockiert und immer noch durchnässt vom Regen verließ ich das Hotel und kam um 14 Uhr wieder. Die Mutter der Besitzerin, die gar kein Englisch spricht, kommunizierte mit mir über Google Translater und verlangte, dass ich für meinen frühen Check in extra zahlen soll. Sie schrieb außerdem, dass ich durch das Klingeln an der Tür morgens um 9 Uhr die Gäste belästigt hätte und ich dafür auch bezahlen soll. Ich versuchte mehrmals mit einfachem Englisch auf ihre Nachrichten zu reagieren doch sie unterbrach mich jedes Mal auf Russisch und wurde sehr laut. Als die Tochter hinzu kam, stritten die beiden auf Russisch und am Ende wurde entschieden, dass ich doch nichts extra bezahlen soll.
Aufgrund dieser Unfreundlichkeit, meinem nicht sauberen Zimmer und Badezimmer (Haare im Bett und im Bad) habe ich das Hotel sogar vorzeitig verlassen (ohne Rückerstattung).

Üsna väike tuba, dušši ja wc'd toas ei ole. Puhas. Sõbralik personal. Soodne hind.

В арт-отеле Ангел, уютно как дома, чисто, приветливый персонал! Прекрасное место расположение отеля! Приезжая в Питер точно знаю, что остановлюсь в арт-отеле Ангел!

Wij hebben het hotelkamer als minst gezellig kamer ooit gevonden, met te weinig voorzieningen. Er was geen nachtlampjes, alleen drie vele lampen aan het plafond. Weinig plek om je kleding op te hangen. Ook miste we een ontbijtruimte. De eigenares daarintegen was ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Verder is een plus punt dat de ruimtes goed schoon gehouden werden. Ook kon je schoon drinkwater uit een kraan pakken.

Koselig lite hotell sentrert midt i smørøyet i nevsky området! Kort avstand til det meste. Veldig små rom uten noen spesielle fasiliteter. Skal du oppleve st.petersburg og ikke vær på hotell, men bare sove, er dette et perfekt valg i forhold til prisen man betaler for å overnatte her. Hotellet minner mer som et b&b da det ikke er noe restaurant der, men bare et kjøkken. Alt er rett utenfor døren av det man trenger uansett. Verten er kjempe vennlig og hjelper deg med det meste.

Nice and quiet little hotel. The room were small but cozy and the staff were very helpful - they don't speak English though. That was the only downside. The hotel was ideally situated near Nevsky and metro stations

very nice stay, in the middle of Saint Petersburg it was a perfect choice. Hotel looks like newly renovated, everything new and shiny.

Nice, cosy hotel in a very central position, just off Nevsky prospekt. The hotel is run almost like a homestay/guest house. Make sure you get a room with a window. I didn't have one and wasn't very comfortable. The place is extremely clean and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Vaikka myöhäinen saapuminen oli erikseen ilmoitettu, emme päässeet hankalasti löydettävään kerrostalohotelliin edes sisälle useista soittoyrityksistä huolimatta. Älkää menkö tänne!

We were staying in this hotel for almost 2 weeks. I did not have any problems checking in or out. The hostess Natalie and her helpers were very responsive to all our needs. They helped us with getting a taxi to the airport Pulkovo (we paid only about 650 rubles = less than $10 with the current conversion rate, to the driver). Natalie did laundry for us (for only 200 rubles = a little more than $3 now), answering all questions about getting around the city, etc. Natalie's son helped us to carry a very heavy baggage downstairs.
The hotel is on the 5-th floor, but there is an elevator. Although the rooms are not big, but there are clean, the linen was also very clean. There is a big refrigerator where we could store our food, and hot water for the tea. Tea bags were also provided.
There are a few bathroom-shower rooms, and we did not have problems waiting.
We felt very safe in this place.

very acceptable-good value for money and very friendly with it.
