Hôtel proche des lieux d intérêt avec la piscine très agréable pour en profiter en fin de journée après la ballade

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo central. Nos gustó mucho que la piscina estaba abierta hasta tarde y siempre muy limpia. La habitación hermosa, muy espaciosa y limpiaban y reponían el agua, las toallas y demás muy a menudo, muy buena experiencia.

Cons:

Casi todo el piso era de un material muy muy resbaladizo, mi mamá estuvo a punto de caerse en la parte para salir del ascensor hacia la piscina. Todos los zapatos resbalaban, había que caminar con mucho cuidado y yo personalmente resbalé un par de veces. Deberían poner una alfombra en la parte fuera del ascensor para evitar caídas en esa zona porque es muy peligroso

Would go back in a heart beat but not during the burning season.
Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the omelette and fresh fruit. Laundry service was great and staff was helpful when the locking mechanism on the door failed...they moved us to a better room...bonus!

Cons:

Chiang Mai was in the middle of its burning season, so pollution was high...nothing wrong with the hotel, but it did put a bit damper on the visit.
